does it not raise doubts about American propaganda going overboard and losing credibility ?
with USA facing so many problems Americans seem to be overwhelemend in their thought about China rather than solving their own problesm. ?

Mr. Overholt says autocracy can't sustain growth, China's rise engineered by a series of autocratic leaders prove him wrong. China has a hierarchy of very competent officials who were matriculated through decades of successful management successes.
