While waiting on the house to sell I was deciding on what business and finally settled on Profitable Services first. Going in as a Cleaning and Restoration Contractor to gain customer loyalty and Trust. The goal is to get into the reconstruction game within 2 years. Water Mit is the big margin jobs I'm looking for. Alot more wiggle room to cut my teeth. The house sold and in less than two weeks I dumped over half of it into equipment, vehicles, software, office space, and supplies.
