    Is this video appropriate for beginners? I will be 24 weeks tomorrow.

      TotallyTyra Hi Tyra, It is all-level so if you are physically active, you can still take this class as a beginner. If your hamstrings seem tight to do some poses, have a block or pillows / cushions ready around you to adjust the hight for some poses. Also, take a break whenever you feel out of breaths and back off from any pose that does not feel good to you.
