Foci is pronounced with a hard C as you did at 1:35 because it is a Latin word. Elsewhere you shift to the incorrect soft C ("fosi").

"Oval" is a more general term.
Ellipses are special kinds of ovals.
And circles are a special kind of ellipses.

As such, it generalizes a circle, which is the special type of ellipse in which the two focal points are the same."
