    Good job! I was born in Saigon to a Northern family. I have always found the Southern way of making Dua Muoi too sweet for my taste. Glad to find your channel. Keep up the good work!

    Will it taste very bitter the first few days? Mine still fermenting second day and taste very bitter.

      Yes! It will take a few days for the bitterness to turn into sourness!
