The biggest way to prevent this is to stop having non-Muslim laborers in the gulf. The attitudes amongst the Muslims of the Gulf has to change, even the poorest Khaleeji refuses to do certain jobs despite them being halal.

Like we can see in UAE
You can see lot of things within UAE and outside of UAE.
Like the Muslims of India and Pakistan enjoying Bollywood movies filled with Homosexuality, Paganism, Lewdness, etc.
Like they enjoy their filthy actors and businessmen bringing mpvies and promoting it in UAE. But they never open their mouth for they are of their own kind / race.
At the same time burning 2 dozens of churches and rending many Christians homeless.
Its funny that these secular Muslims ftom Indo-Pak never known a hindu temple or church in GCC or never felt their pet actors were promoting & worshipping idols, gays, in movies that they feel are worth to be a part of memories in their life.
If there are unpleasant culture grooming in UAE, then people should look in the mirror and see it for themselves.
This is by no means an offense to your concern over the issue, but just letting you know what my fellow Indian MUSLIMS have done to UAE while i was there.

It's not ironic. Building a church is not due to necessity. Seeking aid from the Christian country would be a case of necessity

Good imam however if he speaks about Shiisim then give it no weight he praises them and defends the Raafidha against the Sunnis in South Yemen he has no walaa and Baraa. So Muhammad al imam should not be taken whenever he talks about shiisim
