The previous tech could not locate the leak. He added dye, so I was able to locate with a uv flash light! Burnt the coating off and brazed the leaking nuckle. I pressure test and vacuum. Then, I charged it back with virgin 410a refrigerant. Now the store is back to 100% capacity cooling.
