Diffusing essential oils is one of the easiest ways to reap all the benefits of aromatherapy, which include:
    - Supporting your physical wellness
    - Inspiring a positive emotional state
    - And of course, neutralizing odors
Some oils that I love to diffuse are:
Peppermint and Lemon for a natural wake me up
    Frankincense for a spiritual uplift
Orange oil to boost my mood
Peace & Calming to relax me and the kids at night
THANK YOU FOR WATCHING AND SUBSCRIBING!

Oil floats on water, so how does the diffuser work around that? I imagine it sucks the water from the bottom for every mist. Does it mix the water before every mist?

Hi Mama thankyou for your video, you indicated the number of oil drops to in your
demo, however did not specify the amount of water , how much water did you add.
There is big difference between 3 drops for 100ml compared with 300ml.
What is your recommendation per100m of water. For example mine holds up to 500ml

    • @mamanatural

A diffuser is best for oils--humidifiers will heat and denature the oils.

So I'm curious are there more benefits to using a diffuser to a oil burner or are they about the same?

    • @mamanatural
      @mamanatural  Год назад

An oil burner does not disperse the oil particles into the air, which means that you will not have the same benefits. Heating the oils also changes the chemical composition of the oils, which further reduces benefits and generally isn't recommended for essential oils.
