Thank you I'm 87 and I can't tell you how much I've been enjoying watching all the different little ducklings being hatched tonight. I've encouraged them, mourned over them until I've stayed up past my bedtime, like a tee`ager . Itwas worth it all

Their little feet stick to the side. They kept hesitating to jump and blocked the exit. Lol ... their are always one duckling that struggles. This time it was 4. 😭 Glad mama duck waited.

Well in all reality I would like to know who put these ducks in the box because if predators were to come those chicks would have already been dinner there struggling to much to get in and out not a easy setup

Hi, on these live cams, the homes are provided but residency is at will. It is instinct for these wood ducks to nest far up off the ground and interestingly, they do so where there is soft cover on the ground for the kids to take the plunge when Mom calls to them.
