As a cecilion player I suggest that if you see any jungle monsters early game just use your 1st skill twice and don't clear it it'll help increase stacks faster and take blue on late it feels like cecilion on steroids and use the 3rd mage emblem it'll help save mana alot
Yes - ceci with 300+ stacks, blue buff, talisman, and the mana regen emblem basically lets you fire non-stop for a full minute in the late game before you run out of mana.
Impure rage sucks on cecil, think about it, if you use mystery shop you will be able to get elegant gem fast (which i advise you prioritize instead of armor boots [yes armor boots not Mana regen boots] ) and lighting truncheon as well, dont use impure rage its "extra" mana and dmg is way too small to use over mystery shop, go to strong will game theory for a full item/emblem guide, no im not his idk promoter or something i genuinely think hes a good content creator for ML.

Mystery shop exchanges your upper potential for more immediate gains, which is particularly suitable for heroes that want to get core items fast to end the game before late game (Valir, for example). Ceci on the other hand wants to get to the late game. The percentage gain on mana from impure range is not about the time when you have hundreds of mana but thousands of mana. It's to improve your sustain past the 20 minute mark.

as ceci main, one tip that ppl never mention is that when u took the blue buff,u wanna benefit most from it instead of engaging in uncertain team fights / ganks try spamming 1st skill to the lord after getting it instead of wasting time in the bush, spam until ur mana ended and recall then do it again, u will get a ton of stacks in this way within minutes, probably around 50 stacks if u have ult

None of us are surprised that Cecellion can carry. His stacks are literally capped at 9999, meaning the more you play, the stronger he becomes. Theres no stopping point for him, unlike Aldous

Same, I mostly use mage and support as I don't want people depending too much on me making kills and dominate the game. If ur mage u can just calmly kill without having pressure and ACTUALLY doing good
His damage is just so surprising most of the time, in late game, he can delete 60% of a squishy's health, which will force that hero to either recall or play like a scaredy cat
One tip when using Cecilion is not to use skill 1 immediately after using skill 2. You only get 1 stack instead of 2. Wait about 1 second before casting skill 1 to get the full 2 stacks.
Cecillion, the only mage who can burst you with full tank build cause he's just that broken. Although reliant on mana, his early game is actually better than Xavier due to having an escape with his ult, a decent CC, and a high dmg output. Due to midlane having 4 minions instead of 3, his stack collection usually beats out Aldous, and it's difficult to stop him from collecting stacks because of his long range. He can also build semi tank and still do great dmg due to his passive, so he is a certifiable late game menace. His weakness is a close quarters fight. As an example, Arlott can easily destroy Cecillion because of his distance shortening capabilities, not to mention his arsenal of stuns. Overall, if paired with a good team, Cecillion will be a nightmare for the enemy at mid to lategame, while also being rather annoying in early game as he can spam 1st for big dmg. Edit: Common battlespells include Flicker, Sprint, and occasionally purify for teams with high CC. Flameshot is also good, and can honestly pack a heavy punch at late game, but it detracts slightly from his survivability in exchange for another dmg source.

Its not that difficult to load your stacks once you have used him a few times and know what to do. 200-250 at the 15 minute is pretty normal for most Cec users

Good things for Cecilion is u can't counter him with Athena coz he can keep poke enemy with 1st skill as long as he has mana. And Radiant can't counter him in late coz he did poke with burst damage. U need both of them to survive in mid game from good Cecilion

When tank helps mage in the first wave Selena gets level 2 immediately and can gank gold lane. And is f tank is hiding in early game, what can he do tho?

i miss the time when twilight armor give mana too. i used to build ceci with twilight armour, dominance ice, and ice queen wand for extra mana (together with cod+LT) . he was really unstoppable back then due to the tanky build. nowadays i still use ice queen wand and dominance ice, only twilight armor i replace with enchanted talisman. boots 99% of the time i use magic def boots, for reducing cc time. spell either purify or sprint.
Just a suggestion, is it possible that when you play a hero to mention in which match ups they'd be strong and also which heroes they counter and visa versa? I feel like that will help me alot. xD
Betosky. I'm a gd ceci player : try to use ur skills, even ult, whenever you can even just on jungle creeps to gain more stacks, and don't use your first and second skill together you will only benefit from 2(1+1) stacks not 3(1+2)... And I recommend building enchanted talisman, it's a must for ceci, even though he will lose some of his burst damage, but it will greatly help him to get a gd amount of mana back especially in late game without the need to get back to base to regen mana

Cecil is been my main since season 20 it's also the season where I bought him and he's still the best Mage how ever I rarely use him because of the 4 minion update and ... Oh boy it's been the rise of the Aldous mid strategy sometimes To be honest ... I never trust that strategy because Usally They will stay in mid until 5 min While stack reliable heros like Cecil is having difficult times because the Aldous mid strategy sometimes is good depends on the user or it becomes a Feeding strategy because the Aldous user is bad Anyone has the same struggle? That feeling of reduce more of half your enemy's life with just a 1 skill... 😂 But still, is a little bored of use compare with other mages. I love it for Soloq, and you can actually carry and more important defend, if things don't go well with your team in the late (The typical unnecessary TF that happens after getting Lord 👀 You know who you are) That let you defending base by your own.

To the peeps having a hard time with tanky heroes with high healers like estes or floryn here's a build and emblem for cecilion 1.demon shoes-(mana regen) 2.enchanted talisman-(mana regen) 3.clock of destiny (HP AND MANA POOL & REGEN & ARMOR) 4.wishing lantern-(HP BASED DMG) 5.glowing wand-(LIFE BANE/HP BASED DMG) 6.devine glaive-(highest penetration) Emblem>>basic common Rupture Weapon master War cry or temporal raign (Spell flicker or flame shot or purify or sprint)
But if the enemies are squishy but with high heals such as life steal or healing from supports change the the wishing lantern for lightning truncheon for higher burst rather than DPS
I see, so Beto's Miya teammate was trying to engage continuously on a 1v1 against Melissa and despite losing, she still continued doing that and eventually feed, well, not because Miya's strong at the late game doesn't mean you can feed continuously.

Plz DONT PLAY CECILION with that aim and rly bad cc(your second spell) hehehe joking 😬 Play vs ai 2-3 time with ceci and use the abilities correctly with high accuracy... (Anticipate their next direction) cuz ceci needs that alot And the rotation for ceci is... Second spell + First spell + First spell + (if you to run away or chase, use the ultimate) if not use your second spell again to cc and paralyzing them so you can use First spell again and believe me you will be unstoppable... and after that they will try to target you First... 😬😉 So the game will be more fun 🤗😅 And another advice... PURIFY in my opinion is the best Battle Spell for Ceci😅🥰 And the best items(Build for her) is Mana Based items so enchanted talisman is good too(instead of mana regen boot) My build (Clock of Destiny, Lightning Truncheon, Enchanted Talisman or Glowing Wand for the third, for the fourth item you can go for Holy Crystal, and then Concentrated energy or Brute Force Breastplate) Dont forget that ceci needs more speed for chasing(to attack them properly before they get away (so last item better be Brute Force Breastplate) Goodluck 😊👍

A good tank that supports the lanes in the early game is definitely SO GOOOOD, when i play ceci. Getting to 100 stacks before 4 mins is too good , then around 180-200 before 10 mins
On early just ult right away if there is any creep or enemies, that could make him take maximum speed at gaining his passive. After 15 mins you can save his ult to win fight or run away.

If opponent pick cecilion pick burst mage with good CC like Eudora, Vale, kaditha. In my opinion kaditha works best as she is able to easily dive into the backline and catch him while she is can become invincible with her ult and burst him down at the same time.

I think one of the reasons people build Haas claws is that they don't Fully understand the pros and cons, having superior life steal only works if you didh out the same dmg as your opponents and not less because then they are still likelier to burst you down

Yeah this is my main. I usually build half tank build. Mana boots, clock of destiny, lightning truncheon and a few mana based defensive items like dominance ice i also build twilight armour. And sometimes thunderbelt
Cecilion are good if you have tanky hero or durable one at the front, his damage in lategame also can almost 1shoot enemy hero, if no durable hero to protect he need some durable item.
I have a suggestion to make cecillion eben more famous.Make his 1st skill gain 1 stack for every unit it hits . to make it balanced,it required more mana to cast it

Don't immediately spam his first skills..A slight delay can maximum his passive and minimize the mana cost and to maximum the damage output via repositioning. His passive have 1 sec cd..Common mistake among new user of Cecilion..He ain't Aldous or Barats.
Nah first skill cd won't go under 1 sec. Spam is actually better (if you have good position ofc), because it means less delay before you need to reset your 1st cost
U should build necklace of durance first before having ice queen wand. The only thing that keeps them tanky is the sustain from floryns heal and balmonds passive plus the ult from lapu. Having an anti heal item can really help with team fights.
Cecillion is definitely a beast if he keep on farming his stacks which in late game but if you keep on targeting Cecillion and shutting him down completely with hero’s like Yin Últ, Ben Dash Skill’s and Últ, Moskov Blink and CC, Johnson Ult’s in Early game his literally not good
I think solo que players just copy the pro teams,the pro teams roamer will help mid clear quick so that the mid lane can help the jungler invade ,its like a 4 man rotation,but that rotation only works if your teammate in solo que also watches advance rotations.
use his skills, especially his ult every time it is ready to stack more. Dont worry losing mana. I finally achieved reaching 300+ stacks in just 15 mins from my previous game.
Use cecilion if you want an easy op mage. But in high rank matches make sure to take sprint/flicker/purify because cecilion can't do anything in close combat
Betosky can you do Roam Hilda Invade? Recently ive had a lot of games where hilda felt unstoppable soloq Conceal with Sprint and Brave smite then solo invade the enemy Jungler or Marksman. No Attack items needed as her base damage and passive carry her entire early game

Lately there’s been a lot of cecillion on ranked and he’s a late game monster. Not even magic resistance items can reduce his dmg 💀

It does reduce his damage but in late the total damage of a single hit is so much that it is still fatal even after being significantly reduced

In my opinion, tank clearing mid first is a big help for the mage. After that they can invade and interrupt the enemy core.

I love it for Soloq, and you can actually carry and more important defend, if things don't go well with your team in the late (The typical unnecessary TF that happens after getting Lord 👀 You know who you are) That let you defending base by your own.

1.demon shoes-(mana regen)
2.enchanted talisman-(mana regen)
3.clock of destiny
(HP AND MANA POOL & REGEN & ARMOR)
4.wishing lantern-(HP BASED DMG)
5.glowing wand-(LIFE BANE/HP BASED DMG)
6.devine glaive-(highest penetration)
Emblem>>basic common
Rupture
Weapon master
War cry or temporal raign
(Spell flicker or flame shot or purify or sprint)
But if the enemies are squishy but with high heals such as life steal or healing from supports change the the wishing lantern for lightning truncheon for higher burst rather than DPS
Literally had a game yesterday where we had a bad start then i started getting serious with this hero and won
I see, so Beto's Miya teammate was trying to engage continuously on a 1v1 against Melissa and despite losing, she still continued doing that and eventually feed, well, not because Miya's strong at the late game doesn't mean you can feed continuously.

Play vs ai 2-3 time with ceci and use the abilities correctly with high accuracy... (Anticipate their next direction) cuz ceci needs that alot
And the rotation for ceci is... Second spell + First spell + First spell + (if you to run away or chase, use the ultimate) if not use your second spell again to cc and paralyzing them so you can use First spell again and believe me you will be unstoppable... and after that they will try to target you First... 😬😉
So the game will be more fun 🤗😅
And another advice... PURIFY in my opinion is the best Battle Spell for Ceci😅🥰
And the best items(Build for her) is Mana Based items so enchanted talisman is good too(instead of mana regen boot)
My build (Clock of Destiny, Lightning Truncheon, Enchanted Talisman or Glowing Wand for the third, for the fourth item you can go for Holy Crystal, and then Concentrated energy or Brute Force Breastplate)
Dont forget that ceci needs more speed for chasing(to attack them properly before they get away (so last item better be Brute Force Breastplate)

I just realized that cecillion never stops getting better cuz his stacks doesn’t have a cap so like, even if you play a 1h game he can still improve.
As a Paquito main a cecelion with vengeance surprised me until he spanked me when I went to yank him and one full combo wasn’t enough
A good tank that supports the lanes in the early game is definitely SO GOOOOD, when i play ceci.
Getting to 100 stacks before 4 mins is too good , then around 180-200 before 10 mins
Man, that Lapu Lapu don't even try to assassinate Cecilion. He's definitely the only one on enemy team that stands a chance
Bro would really fit "with great power comes with great responsibility" voiceline.
On early just ult right away if there is any creep or enemies, that could make him take maximum speed at gaining his passive. After 15 mins you can save his ult to win fight or run away.

Cecilion is my go to mage if we need a hard hitting late game mage.
If opponent pick cecilion pick burst mage with good CC like Eudora, Vale, kaditha. In my opinion kaditha works best as she is able to easily dive into the backline and catch him while she is can become invincible with her ult and burst him down at the same time.

He can 100% carry and I have won many matches with him

Yeah this is my main.
I usually build half tank build.
Mana boots, clock of destiny, lightning truncheon and a few mana based defensive items like dominance ice i also build twilight armour. And sometimes thunderbelt
Cecilion are good if you have tanky hero or durable one at the front, his damage in lategame also can almost 1shoot enemy hero, if no durable hero to protect he need some durable item.

Don't immediately spam his first skills..A slight delay can maximum his passive and minimize the mana cost and to maximum the damage output via repositioning. His passive have 1 sec cd..Common mistake among new user of Cecilion..He ain't Aldous or Barats.
Nah first skill cd won't go under 1 sec. Spam is actually better (if you have good position ofc), because it means less delay before you need to reset your 1st cost
yeah like the other guy said, his default cooldown of first skill is like 1.4 secs

U should build necklace of durance first before having ice queen wand. The only thing that keeps them tanky is the sustain from floryns heal and balmonds passive plus the ult from lapu.
Having an anti heal item can really help with team fights.
Cecillion is definitely a beast if he keep on farming his stacks which in late game but if you keep on targeting Cecillion and shutting him down completely with hero’s like Yin Últ, Ben Dash Skill’s and Últ, Moskov Blink and CC, Johnson Ult’s in Early game his literally not good
I think solo que players just copy the pro teams,the pro teams roamer will help mid clear quick so that
the mid lane can help the jungler invade ,its like a 4 man rotation,but that rotation only works if your teammate in solo que also watches advance rotations.
I absolutely love when my team forces early game fights in jungle and are surprised I dont have damage xD

Use cecilion if you want an easy op mage. But in high rank matches make sure to take sprint/flicker/purify because cecilion can't do anything in close combat
