My Yoyo instantly binds when I go from the Double or nothing into the submount, almost breaking my fingers. What am I doing wrong?

The way they cut the film made it look like one continuous throw. Most of the trick tutorials they bind several times and continue the tutorial, but they didn't do that this time

Hey @yotricks, whenever I try to go from the double or nothing to the submount, I can never hit the string with having an extra loop on my non throw hand pointer, which I then have to kind of pause the momentum of the trick to get it off. Any tips to fix that? Thanks

I have too little string which makes the trick very difficult.
if my arm makes an angle of 90 degrees, the yoyo is against the ground

Can anyone help me? I got a sage yoyo today. I can make it sleep, but when it sleeps, it slowly tilts. I've tried to throw it as strait as possible, but it always tilts no matter how strait it's thrown. It also only sleeps for 10 seconds because of the tilting.
Jake Merry you need to throw harder
And its a responsive yoyo so it has lube on it which makes it spin slower
The tilt can be corrected by twisting the string near the yoyo
On a front style throw if you punch the string near the yoyo say like an 1inch from it and twist it to the left the yoyo should tilt to the left and vica versa so that might help fix the tilt if the yoyo isn't in a mount

Jake Merry yea the same happens to my friend and me as well when I started. It's because you have to throw the yoyo fairly hard while controlling the throw.
1up I'm getting used to it more but I still have bad throws sometimes.
my yoyo slowly tilts aswell but it just slowly tilts to another direction due to my throw

Just wanna ask, are there any future updates for your app on Android?
It is not a priority currently, although we would love to bring it up to the same level as the iOS app. We program the apps ourselves, and programming for Android is still quite a bit more complicated than programming for iOS. It is on our list of things to do, but it is not a high priority at the moment.
is your string extra long or something? I always run out of space at 1:43 :(

hey i am deciding to get a metal yo yo soon when i get past the 50 tricks, what should i get a civility, atlas, or some other yo yo i cant think off the top of my head?
I think you will like both of those, they are two of my favorites. If you are thinking of trying out 5a I would also recommend the Canon.
It all depends on your play style
im thinking of the civility because i dont want too wide of a yoyo and i want one that will play fast and help me learn more advanced tricks
Saighdiuir Glas I'd personally recommend the iceberg because it's light so speed is not an issue and the weight is so much on the rims that it's really really stable and really really long spinning
I would say both the iceburg and the Civility fit what you are looking for.

Try bringing your hands together as the yoyo slides down the side mount towards your other hand.

as soon as you hit the top string and the yoyo starts going down, bring your hands together to prevent it from binding, then you can open them up again for the submount

At the part of the trick starting at 1:26 , whenever i try and push down on the string, the yoyo performs a bind : ( Anyone knows what i am doing wrong?

@@yotricks how do i avoid that? i have tried everything from pulling the string with my middle finger of the non throw hand while pushing down on the string so that yoyo doesn't rub too much with the string to trying to dismount the yoyo at various positions. Nothing seems to be consistent though : (
@@shashwatpratap6379 The key is to make sure the tail does not get fed into the gap of the yoyo as you perform those movements.

It almost always binds and snags at the move 1:30. Any tips?
If the yoyo slides along the string too much at that point in the trick it may bind, so if you can keep the yoyo from pushing into the string too much or from riding up the string, that should help.

I suggest paying close attention to the position of Jake's hands and how the yoyo moves as he does this trick and see what he does differently than you do.
Can u do more wrist mount based tricks (I just learned the wrist mount and almost all wrist mount based tricks) btw can u do a review on the shutter (I am thinking about getting it and I want to listen to what the pros have to say about it also u haven't made a review in a pretty long time) :)

Manan daboss The playstyle consists mostly of double or nothing's and houdini mount tricks ,and wrist mount but considering i have the replay pro at the moment i think i am gonna take the shutter ps bv hourglass is an awesome trick and im gonna learn it

I want to ask a question. I am really struggling to choose between replay pro and metal Max tornado.
I am quite familiar with unresponsive style and know some binds. One of my friends has a blazing team metal Max tornado and I really liked it cause it is more like nine dragons and kindda cheap too. Where as I have seen many reviews On the replay pro and all of them were very positive. So please help me to choose which one I should buy
