The mini truck conversion with Bill Dorrey brackets from Valley Hybrids is pretty easy. The hardest part is cutting off the old rivets.

Thanks very much for the vid -- If one were to use a Land Cruiser PS Box instead of the Mini Truck, does the column still bolt up without mods? Thanks!

I've never done it using the cruiser box but I'm pretty sure the column bolts up the same. With the cruiser box I think you can use the stock frame mount.

Where can I get right hand drive power steering for a FJ40

You'd have to get it from a country that had right hand drive vehicle, Japan, Australia, England, Etc. You'd have to get pretty lucky to find one here in the US.
