I've never done it using the cruiser box but I'm pretty sure the column bolts up the same. With the cruiser box I think you can use the stock frame mount.
You'd have to get it from a country that had right hand drive vehicle, Japan, Australia, England, Etc. You'd have to get pretty lucky to find one here in the US.

The mini truck conversion with Bill Dorrey brackets from Valley Hybrids is pretty easy. The hardest part is cutting off the old rivets.
