I just received my bottle yesterday, and I absolutely love Absolu Aventus. It is worth every penny. I love the opening and the dry down even more. Smells more sophisticated and refined than the original. For me on skin it has a kind of leathery smell that is more mature than the original.
I bought Creed Absolu but haven’t smelled it yet because I’m traveling overseas, so I’m excited to get back to do some comparisons. Thanks for the opportunity 👊🏻
I tried absolute Aventus in store and sprayed myself quite liberally. I love the scent. Very masculine and appealing with a wonderful opening. My issue was also longevity. I could not detect it on myself after 4 hours total and for the price I cannot justify it. I would expect a work day from it which I didn’t get. Great review.
I've never tried aventus absolut. But I own plenty of parfums vintage fragrances. They're my favorite fragrance house. Quality and quantity for the price all match up to me. Good video.
I have triad a sample of Absolu that I got with my purchase of Aventus. I personally love it. The comparison to Sauvage Elixir is warranted. I got the same vibes as a result of the added spices like ginger, cinnamon and cardamom to the DNA. I haven’t the pleasure of a full wearing and can’t speak to projection or longevity but I just love the scent. Also, keep it up Jus, I thoroughly enjoy you videos and appreciate the insight.
I bought the Dua version of Absolu Aventus. It is almost identical. It does have similar performance. I thought I could barely smell it an hour after 4 sprays, but my wife said that it smelled like I bathed in it.
I was sooo close to blind buying Emperor Absolu and Emperor Extrait buuut I showed some restraint and bought their Aventus Inspirations sample pack which include both among a few others. I have very high hopes 😁🤞
When i tried Absolu Aventus for the 1st time, i didn’ think anything of it..citrusy in line with Aventus….but then after a dew more wearings, it grew on me! Have to say i do love it!
I definitely plan to try Absolu Aventus very soon. Creed always delivers high quality so i’m sure this is no exception. And I do believe due to the reception Creed may actually keep it around longer than we expected.
I have a love/hate relationship with Aventus. I love Aventus from start to finish but I cannot get over the retail cost and what they cost in the secondary market. God forbid you want to buy an Aventus from 1-2 years ago because it will cost you an extra $200! Will I buy a bottle of Aventus Absolu,......probably not. If I feel like I need to get my nose on it, I will buy a decant and give it a few full wearing's.
I bought a decant, because honestly i couldn’t afford. I’m glad I did by the decant because I like it but I don’t find it to be so amazing. I needed to put myself in that much of a hole. By the way, I love your channel I told my girl about you and because of that one of the gifts I got for Christmas this year was a bottle of a NEFS which I never would’ve bought for myself BUT im so glad she did for me
I plan to try Absolu Aventus but that price tag is ridiculous.. Especially for something that was hard to detect off your skin! I'm very interested in PV's version. Thanks for the content and giveaway!
Loved that bottle from Parfums Vintage! Aventus Absolu on the other hand, the price tag on it, is a bit much. However, considering the fact about its price point, it gives you this kind of exclusivity and a kind of respect that you're indeed a fragrance connoisseur.
I can’t really smell Creed Absolu either. I overspray and it seems to solve the issue. I have the same problem with Bond No 9 Lafayette,Dylan Blue, ADG Profundo and Missoni Wave.
I have the new Absolu Aventus. I’ve worn it and got 6-7 hrs out of it. It was detectable by others after 4hrs. as I was told I smelled nice a couple times at a basketball game.
Got a decant of the new Creed Absolu Aventus. Scent was good. Fair to middling performance. Not worth the money Creed wants. Just purchased the Parfums Vintage version. The scent is worth $109👍🏻
Def bought it, I had to get a second bottle since it's limited and only a 75ml 😑. I definitely go nose blind to it fairly easily. Once this thing macerated it becomes super long lasting and easier to detect. I get a full day's worth of longevity
I bought a bottle of Absolu Aventus.. and I absolutely love the opening.. it's just sooo good, and I can't get enough of it. I even like it more than the original.
I haven't had a chance to wear Absolu Aventus but I have smelled it in store. Initially I wasn't completely blown away by it, but then again I had smelled close to ~20 fragrances off of a tester strip before I got to it (there aren't any major suppliers close to where I live so I try to get my nose on as much as I can, when I can). I do plan on giving it a full wear whenever I get the opportunity again to fully experience it and get my wife's opinion on it.
Nice content, Justin ! I smelled Absolu Aventus and the current formulation of Aventus OG and what i go is : a) They are very similar but Absolu smells better and darker b) They last 2-4 hours max with a soft projection . Absolu's projection is stronger during the 1st hour, then both get close to the skin. In Greece Absolu is sold at 320Euros but i still do not think that it worths the money.
I tried it at a store and I thought it was better than Adventus. It's richer and lasts longer. It smells great! I would never buy a full bottle though.
Spray more I’ll be honest I don’t want a fragrance lasting 24hrs Dior elixir maybe the strongest out get that and be easy on the trigger two sprays max
I tried it and I like it, but for $545 for a 2.5 or 2.7. No way there are so many other options out there for that price point. Especially when I have the original and 2020. $250 yes, but not that inflated price. Love the review keep bringing the heat.
I had it, and sold it. But I do plan to repurchase later on. I do have to say its opening is superb. Although the batch I had smelled different in that open, it’s lprobsbly due to the likelihood of needing a bit more time in bottle to sit and mature
I haven't tried Creed Absolute Aventus, and honestly wouldn't likely go for it. I already have emperor from Parfums Vintage, and the quality is comparable to me to Creed and the price is so much better. I am excited about the new bottle style from Parfums Vintage
I have Aventus Absolu, I enjoy it quite a bit! I also have quite a few Parfums Vintage fragrances. All of the fragrances i have from them are very good quality and I would recommend. Looking forward to trying Emperor Absolu and the Unisex fragrance.
I've only tested a spray on the wrist of this in the store. Honestly, it's the only one in the line that I like, but that price is not justifiable for me.
At this point I am not getting CAA. I am fairly new enthusiast in the hobby of fragrances and am happy with the Aventus clone in my collection. I not ready to spend retail on that and even at $300 would look in another direction and scent profile. Thanks for your videos Justin. They have helped navigate these frag waters with your honest and informed opinions.
I have not tried absolu and I'm not sure I will just because the price for what you get but I'll possibly grab a decant in the future just to see what it is. From the beginning it just didn't really grab my attention as a must try for some reason. Thanks fir running the giveaway and I love the content!
I like Absolu, definitely. It’s not something like Very Special, but it’s good quality, deferent and unique. Grapefruit, Ginger, Cardamom and Vetiver make this perfume simply perfect and kind of surprising …
Hey Justin! I noticed that in one of your recent videos you had what I assume are dehumidifiers attached to the top of each of your fragrance shelves. Where did you get those? In case he doesn’t see this, if anyone in the comments knows, a rec would be appreciated! Also, samples Aventus absolu and actually preferred to the original. Love at first sniff
I never got in on the initial Aventus hype train. Bought a decant to compare to PV Intense 2017. Ended up buying a 2019 batch of Aventus and never wore it only decants. I preferred PV and still do. Aventus Cologne came out and I was completely taken by how different it was.Ended up with 2 bottles. I’m intrigued by the “hype” surrounding Aventus Absolu and more than likely end up with a decant but, I fully trust Parfums Vintage and most products they put out. I look forward to receiving my bottle of Unisex Intense you’re kindly hold for me sir! Btw, I finally received 2nd Soul last week and 🤯🤯🤯 !!! What a gorgeous sent, full wearing will be this weekend thanks Justin 🙏🏾
I bought a decent of the aventus absolu and you are describing it spot on. It’s a beauty opening but definitely does fall off quick. I sprayed 5-6 sprays before work and it was gone a couple hours in to work. I’m waiting for the perfum vintage absolu to come in.
Tried Absolu avemtus, it's good. Only thing I dislike about it is that on me, smeels like a bbq smoke where you put bbq sauce like A1 with your herbs and spices while cooking and the smell of that smoke is what I'm getting at.
never tried aventus absolut would love to try it i realy like the original aventus so i think i would like this one. The Creed house i really like everything that i tried i like so i dont think this would disappoint me that much
I haven't tried Absolu Aventus and I'm not sure I plan to because I don't know that it offers THAT unique enough of a profile difference to the original. So even if I do find it pleasant, I don't anticipate enjoying it enough to ever justify buying a full bottle. That may be foolish. How can you know if you love or dislike something if you haven't sampled it? I get it. I suppose that's fair. But that's where I am. To me, getting a decant of Absolu Aventus would only serve to decide if I want a slightly larger decant of Absolu Aventus. There are too many fragrances I want to experience to spend my time and money that way. That said, I am grateful that you've taken the time to highlight it and showcase another fragrance that might serve a similar purpose or offer a similar vibe, while maintaining a high level of quality -- so in that sense I'm interested to see what Parfums Vintage may offer. Love the content and can't wait to see what's next.
I tried it on a tester strip at a Nordstrom and thought it was a nice twist on the original. If it wasn’t so ridiculously expensive I would probably be interested in it.
I haven’t had the pleasure of trying Absolute Aventus yet, but o do plan on getting a decant. My wife loved the OG Aventus so much she gifted me a bottle. Hopefully I get a nice surprise for Valentine’s Day.
Thanks for the review! I haven't tried it but would probably be more likely to buy the Parfums Vintage version just based off all the compliments I get wearing that brand. Especially Parfums Vintage Intense Gold. I have about 50 colognes, and I've gotten more compliments from Intense Gold than all other colognes combined.
I bought it through at a decent price after I got a sample first. It is essentially a somewhat tuned up version of the original, with similar strengths and weaknesses retained in the formula. It does away with the supple balance of things and is what Frank Miller's Sin City is to Agatha Christie's Murder Mysteries. The most aparent weakness of the DNA is, to me, that it is a composition that I go noseblind to fairly quickly. If I just apply it to my wrists, I do get around 4-5 hours of good and 6-7 hours of okay performance out of it, depending on the environment and how damn thirsty my skin is that day.
I have OG Aventus with Hacivat and love the both. However, performance is not good with Creed new batches as temperature where I live 40C in summers. So Hacivat is good deal plus CDIM limited edition is superb option as well. Not tried the Aventus Absolu as people say it’s similar to Suavage Elixer. Which is better option in cost per ml. I hope to win parfums vintage one because never tried their offerings. Love your channel and great content. Original + authentic. Keep it up brother.
I do have Absolu Aventus and it is my personal favorite from the Aventus line. I like the black currant and how it is slightly less fresh than the original.
I haven't tried Absolu Aventus and will admit that the only experience I'd had of Aventus is a clone of it (Al Haramain L'aventure). I wasn't moved by the scent profile, but a fragrance that has a similar vibe that I do enjoy is Guerlain Homme EDP.
I bought 2 bottles of Creed Aventus Absolu and I ended up selling both of them. I didn’t even open either one of them. I’m glad that I did buy a sample instead of opening up a bottle. I don’t mind spending money on a Fragrance but it better be worth it to me. I haven’t found one Creed that I thought was worth the money yet.
Haven’t even tried original Aventus yet, earlier on in my fragrance journey, but am planning on getting a little sample soon, and hopefully at some point I’ll be able to smell the Absolu Aventus! Those Parfums Vintage bottles look fantastic though, super tempted to get some myself!
Haven't tried absolut yet, but the original Creed Aventus is one of my favorite scents of all time. Therefore, i will be at the very least getting a decant to try out the new Absolut. I would love to try emperor absolut as an alternative! Thanks for the videos brother, keep it up!
I haven't tried Absolu Aventus because the price is ridiculous! I do plan to at least try a decant of it, it does seem to have a fairly interesting scent profile!
I grabbed a bottle for $350.. still expensive. Thought about wearing to the gym but definitely wouldn't because it's only 75 ml and can't be replaced once gone. I need that clone.
I really like the initial spray of the OG. To me the dry down on ablolu aventus is very similar to regular aventus. Hard for me to spend the money when its that similar in the air. However I am still on the fence on if i want the clone or not. I have enjoyed parfums vintage "aventus" style frags. Thanks again for another great video!
I haven’t tried absolu but I do plan on giving it a try. I’m sure it’s an amazing scent but the performance is probably like test driving a sports car… the excitement is over before you know it 😢
Haven't bought it yet, but I do have the same decant as you. I too think the scent is pleasant....I was hoping for a lot more on the bottom end, but then I don't really think that's what they were trying to achieve. As far as a full bottle...jury's still out. Would definitely love that Parfums Vintage though, to compare. Great vid.
I bought a bottle of absolu aventus on day 1 ( Nov. 1) I really enjoy the fragrance. I've never tried a clone of anything, and I've always wanted to Try a parfum vintage. I wonder how close they came...
I haven’t tried Absolu Aventus yet. I want to try it but I just bought Creed Himalaya last week. If Decant X still has it I’ll try a decant. Aventus is one of my favorite scents.
Love the og aventus just so masculine and professional even though I find the profile diverse, either way I love PV twist on this dna makes it more casual and a bit louder.
I definitely want to put my nose on both of these... I've only smelled Aventus Absolut on a brief walkby. I was a fan of original Aventus, although it was a tough buy for me... mostly because it was so dang expensive! Emperor sounds like my kind of investment, but I would love to have the real Absolut to judge by!
I bought Aventus Absolu a couple months back. I compare it to Mind Games Blockade since both are extriat and in my opinion, Blockade is better and cheaper.
I have creed absolu.. ... it really is in a place of its own) you'll say damn everytime you wear ...incredibly nice.. .. Typically I find the ones who have a complaint if any are just the ones who may have a bit of a struggle affording it...understandably ...but yeah I have 0 regrets on the purchase..🎉🎉
I tried Absolu Aventus and i think it is a great fragrance on its own right, i liked the richnes and the way it developed throughout its lifecycle. It did give me Sauvage elixir vibes in the opening which was a bit of a let down. Very curious to try Parfums Vintage.
I don’t plan on picking up Aventus Absolu but I feel like it would be the Creed Fragrance that turns Creed back to the power house they were. Absolu Aventus seems to not have been the hit they were expecting it to be so, my guess is they’ll have to revamp their batches of their most loved fragrances to make consumers come back to the brand.
On the matter of Parfums Vintage. I purchased a bottle of Vanilla Intense, the presentation was on point. It’s my understanding that if you get Parfums Vintage in the summertime, it’s recommended to refrigerate before the first wearing. Being that I got my bottle 2 weeks ago, I skipped that step. Vanilla Intense is supposed to be a creamer version of the original Pineapple Vintage. I’ve had several wearings and it’s enjoyable but a little more synthetic than Aventus. I’m still on the fence on how sold I am on this clone house or clones in general. I think saving and getting the original is still the way to go. YMMV
I got Absolu from Harrods in UK shipped 387.50 It’s a juicer Aventus, wish the dry down was creamy. I think my motivation was based on being first to get it and the limited stock aspect.
I have yet to smell Absolu Aventus and honestly, it’s not something I am motivated to. Don’t get me wrong if I’m provided the opportunity I would love to, but the number of outlets that offer niche fragrance sampling near me is extremely scarce to the point that it would require me to drive nearly 2 hours to do. I already have a hard enough time being able to get my nose on newly released designer fragrances at my local department stores… but yeah, I would try it if I cross paths with it. However, considering your continued approval on Parfums Vintage, Justin, and the affordability of it, I’d be much more inclined to try it over Absolu Aventus.
I sampled the original in-store, I liked the opening more than Aventis people kept saying it had a savauge elixir vibe, which I didn’t really agree with. I find the ginger and cardamom to be more of these fresh spicy, rather than the intense spiciness of elixir, which is different in my opinion.
I've been looking for a micro sized sample for the creed absolu but I'm happy to know there's a similar decent option. I'd definitely like to try the emperor version.
havent smelled aventus absolu, i dont plan to buy it too expensie, would like to try it just to have a sense of what it is and what that price really gets you
Creed Absolu Aventus is on sale for Valentine's Day at Jomashop for $275. Personally I'm not at a place in my journey where I would buy a cologne that's on sale and is still a car payment. I will be trying Parfum Vintage Emperor Absolu however.
Hey Justin, I tried creed Aventus absalu next to original creed at Bloomingdale’s, I actually liked the original more. Absalu is way to overpriced but like you I might just get it to have it. Love your videos
Hello bro. Thank you for your videos! I have not bought or am planning to buy Adventus Absolu. I have so many other fragrances. I am hoping to buy first that are more affordable for me.
I have not tried creed absolute Aventus, but i plan on picking up a sample. I did however just get samples from Parfums Vintage! I got a sample of Emperor Extrait, Pineapple Vintage Intense, Pineapple Vintage Intense VI, Mandarino Acqua Intense and Isla Tropical Prive Intense. I am amazed by the quality of each! I ended up prdering a bottle of Emperor Extrait, and I plan to pick-up a botttle of Pineapple Vintage Intense eventually. I prefer Emperor Extrait over my Creed Aventus decant (recent batch), because it is a much deeper and richer scent. It performs much better, and as you said about the Emperor Absolute... Its much more "rounded". I would be lying if i said i didnt want to free bottle of Unisex Intense lol... But good luck to everyone intersted in it... I hope whoever gets it appreciates the quality that Parfums Vintage puts into their work. Thabk you for another excellent review, you have yourself a new subscriber!
I got a carded sample of Aventus Absolu….and I must say it’s good and have a bit of that Dior Sauvage Elixir feel to it. I also got the dua version and it’s good must say. These clone houses getting very close to the original formulation..
I have two bottles of absolu and they are different batches. One leans more on the fruity side and the other is more balanced throughout the whole fragrance.I’m waiting on my Alexandria version of Absolu to come in tomorrow and see how similar it is.
I tried Absolu Aventus and I thought it smelled really good, but for the price difference per ml, I’ll stick with the OG. Thanks for all you do.
I just received my bottle yesterday, and I absolutely love Absolu Aventus. It is worth every penny. I love the opening and the dry down even more. Smells more sophisticated and refined than the original. For me on skin it has a kind of leathery smell that is more mature than the original.

I purchased Emperor Absolu and really like it! It’s amazing if layered over Issey Miyake L’eau D’issey pour homme.
Good to know, I have that issey mistake frag but I don’t wear it much
I really love absolu aventus. I love the aromatic feel that the dna adds to Aventus
I've never tried aventus absolut. But I own plenty of parfums vintage fragrances. They're my favorite fragrance house. Quality and quantity for the price all match up to me. Good video.
Do you ever fine PV from a discounter or do you buy from their website? I haven’t seen them on any discounter sites so far
@MilkSteak55 you can only get through website.
I have triad a sample of Absolu that I got with my purchase of Aventus. I personally love it. The comparison to Sauvage Elixir is warranted. I got the same vibes as a result of the added spices like ginger, cinnamon and cardamom to the DNA. I plan to try it .
I enjoy the original DNA throughout the entire frag world so far .
I definitely plan to try Absolu Aventus very soon. Creed always delivers high quality so i’m sure this is no exception. And I do believe due to the reception Creed may actually keep it around longer than we expected.

I like it. I haven't bought a bottle even at $300 on discounters.
Where did you find it for 300? Because the lowest I found was 350
I bought a decant, because honestly i couldn’t afford.

I am really interested in the Aventus but the price is a bit much. I did get the PV version and received compliments the first time out.
I plan to try Absolu Aventus but that price tag is ridiculous.. Especially for something that was hard to detect off your skin! I'm very interested in PV's version. Thanks for the content and giveaway!

Got a decant of the new Creed Absolu Aventus. Scent was good. Fair to middling performance. Not worth the money Creed wants. Just purchased the Parfums Vintage version. The scent is worth $109👍🏻
How close does Parfums Vintage get to the original Absolu Aventus
Def bought it, I had to get a second bottle since it's limited and only a 75ml 😑. I definitely go nose blind to it fairly easily. Once this thing macerated it becomes super long lasting and easier to detect. I get a full day's worth of longevity

Haven't tried Aventus Absolu and don't think I will. But I did just purchase Parfums Vintage Emperor and am excited to test it out.
I love Aventus absolu but it’s the same old story with Creed fragrances, smells amazing but it just doesn’t last long enough which is a real shame 😢
Mhhm on my skin its projecting good 8 hours and i can smell it next day on skin
Yea right! Same ol story! Stop the cap!! Absolu bangs off!! FrFr!!! #hardbody
Spray more I’ll be honest I don’t want a fragrance lasting 24hrs Dior elixir maybe the strongest out get that and be easy on the trigger two sprays max
Those citrus fragrances disappear on my skin in minutes
.
Alexandria fragrance Brasilia absolu is way better and best clone
I tried it and I like it, but for $545 for a 2.5 or 2.7. No way there are so many other options out there for that price point. Especially when I have the original and 2020. $250 yes, but not that inflated price. Love the review keep bringing the heat.

Never tried the original. I am one of the ilk that prefers the narrow path. I am a huge fan of Parfums Vintage and I really dig this bottle iteration.
I haven't tried Creed Absolute Aventus, and honestly wouldn't likely go for it. I already have emperor from Parfums Vintage, and the quality is comparable to me to Creed and the price is so much better. I am excited about the new bottle style from Parfums Vintage

Dua Fragrance and Alexandria Fragrances have had their version out for a couple of months. They’re both very good and last decently.
Alexandria is 🔥
Is the Alexandria one better?
I feel like it’s a bit better. Maybe longer lasting.
Ok. I’ll cop it. I have a few from Alexandra. They don’t disappoint. Thank you
I have not tried absolu and I'm not sure I will just because the price for what you get but I'll possibly grab a decant in the future just to see what it is. It’s not something like Very Special, but it’s good quality, deferent and unique.

Just ordered a bottle of creed absolu aventus and a decant for my brother to try. Hoping it exceeds my expectations
Love your reviews. I haven't tried Absolu, nor any other version of Aventus for that matter. The price has always been a deterrent for what it is.
I haven’t tried Absolu Aventus, I’m planning to try it soon because I love the OG a lot.
I haven't tried AA ...it should be available soon to sample it...will be on the look out❗️
I bought 2 bottles of Creed Aventus Absolu and I ended up selling both of them. I didn’t even open either one of them. I’m glad that I did buy a sample instead of opening up a bottle. I don’t mind spending money on a Fragrance but it better be worth it to me. I haven’t found one Creed that I thought was worth the money yet.
I have not experienced Aventus Absolute but would live to get my nose on it. Thank you for the content.
I have my Absolu Aventus in the mail right now. I found it at a discounter for $325. Looking forward to trying it and having it in my collection.
I’m sure it’s an amazing scent but the performance is probably like test driving a sports car… the excitement is over before you know it 😢
I found the Creed version at a discounter for $349, No regrets. Really interested in the PV version as a backup to extend the life of the original.
I have no tried the new aventus. The price really keeps me from trying most of their fragrances. I currently own the original aventus and I love it.
Haven’t tried Absolu yet but I def plan to get a decant. I love the Aventus line so I naturally just have to try it out of curiosity alone.
Haven't tried Absolute Aventus, but looking foward to it.
I've never tried absolu aventus, got the Montagne clone and it's pretty good. Might get a sample to compare
Have not tried it yet but would would like to. Thank you for your videos I appreciate and value your opinion.
This has been on my radar for a minute. I do not own a Creed bottle YET, but this will be the year for ya boy! Thanks for always keeping us informed!
Ayyyee another freebie thank you JC! I have not tried it but really haven’t desired to buy any Aventus type frags but good luck everyone
I have and love it. My wife REALLY loves it. Its battling for the top spot of her favorite in my collection.
I haven't tried it, but I would love to. Parfums Vintage is a house I've been interested in for a while
I have smelled creed aventus and green Irish tweed, I would love to explore more creed and their clones for sure.
I love aventus absolu. I also bought emperor absolu. I like them both. Great video. I'd love to try unisex!
Brasilia Absolu by Alexandria is really good one as well!
I plan on trying Aventus Absolu. Just don't have any premium retailers nearby.
I’m glad you’re enjoying them! Thank you!
I got a carded sample of Aventus Absolu….and I must say it’s good and have a bit of that Dior Sauvage Elixir feel to it. I also got the dua version and it’s good must say. These clone houses getting very close to the original formulation..
Great video Brother and I haven't tried Creed Absolu. I will Eventually get a sample of it
I have two bottles of absolu and they are different batches. One leans more on the fruity side and the other is more balanced throughout the whole fragrance.I’m waiting on my Alexandria version of Absolu to come in tomorrow and see how similar it is.
Hi do you have any update?
