Dear Chris S i cannot know the exact problem, but as my feel the tube you have maybe defective, it can show light but the other internal connection can be damage so no sound will be transfer tru the socket, you can try it by buying new pc as you see in our video the russian tubes works just fine. Gabriel Kaufmann the pins is not the problem, the internal tube is different so you would not get sound if it’s doesn’t match, there is tube kit especially for the nobsound each kit as been tested sound is amazing, thanks
It is a FAKE tube amplifier, there is nothing inside that black box that should have the power transformer and output transformers. There is a heatsink inside the main chassis and a semiconductor amplifier. The tubes light up, but nothing else, they have no other function.

I am using 6AQ5 instead of 6P1 with adapters and 6SN7 instead of 6N1 with 6SN7 to ECC85 adapters for over a year and they sound great!
