    What do I need to do if I have a 2nd driver with seperate iphone who wants to see on the app also charging status and wants to control heating upfront etc from his own iphone when I am gone with mine. This is not about the Profiles for seating setups or connectivity to connect another phone only with the car.

    I have ordered a #1 Premium. Looking into home chargers. I have been advised that continuous charging with a ‘granny cable’ is not advisable. Also advised that full charging and full emptying regularly is not advisable. Is it possible to set the car to say charge only 60% and at a pre selected time or will I need a smart charger, wall box?

A charging box from ABB can be purchased together with the vehicle or afterwards​. More details can be found in the charging videos on our channel.     Do we need to sign in every time to keep the settings? Currently every time when we lock and unlock, Navigation data gets cleared. Do we need to login always? Will that work?

    Hello,
    Since I've had the Smart #1 Brabus I've never managed to connect the Smart application to the car. Indeed, when I open the Smart application "I have the button Activate my car)" and so normally scan the QR code of the car. Unfortunately, I tried to reset several times to follow each step, and step 4. The "connect" button appears as activated (without showing me the QRCode, just a green logo as already activated) even though we received it brand new (it's now 9 months old, and it's still a really good car, but the fact that every day we have to go through the choice of languages and reset the settings as if the car had just come from the factory really spoils the fun. Despite several reminders to the Mercedes-Smart Kroelly (France) dealer, the problem is still there. Do you know how to solve this problem? Thank you in advance for your help.

      Having exactly the same problem ... The app could no longer connect to the car. Support advised me to do a reset, but now I can not activate ...

    We just bought a second hand #1 premium. I have restored the vehicle to factory but I do not see the qr to activate, only the log in. Any suggestions? thanks
