    This series should be taught to all Canadians in public schools. Another great series is from the University of Alberta on the Metis, Indigenous and Inuit. We need to restore full rights to Indigenous.

    I think if you take away or abolish the Indian Act, Canada still has to adhere to the Treaties. Those are forever (: Miigwech for bringing all this to light

    This is so helpful, thank you for posting this! I am teaching the Grade 11 Indigenous Voices English course in Toronto for the first time. When will the other episodes be posted? I only see Episode 1 and Episode 2. Thanks, again!

      Happy to hear you find this as a useful resource. Episode 3 and 4 dropped yesterday. Episode 5 and 6 will be coming out next week.

    There is also the changes that happened when the government allowed liquor on the reserves.

    My thoughts are find a new Treaty partner that provides currency and military support to enforce Indigenous governance of the country.
