I downloaded your tools too, my feedback- 1) The Rental analyzer needs more information about the parameters you used to calculate monthly mortgage payments, your numbers are not matching with BMO calculator. 2) The affordability calculator/Rule of 35 needs an update too, please add fixed and variable components of the salary (Bonus/Incentives). It's better to ask users to have an annual salary and annual bonus and let Excel calculate.
