Take my hat off to you ben, those usa made rods will go fast, very happy to see a big youtuber going that route,I think homegrown would be a fitting name congratulations
I second that name
Excellent as always! Your attention to detail was perfect, talking gear ratios is what I needed. Thank you Ben
I really enjoy these rod and reel Arsenal videos! I think they are very insightful and gives anglers an idea of what rods are being used by the guys we like to watch and why they use them for certain techniques. Great Video Ben!
Love this! I really appreciate all of the tutorial vids and especially this one as I'm trying to learn more specific reasons to have certain rods I can't afford the exact ones you described but I look for similar. Thanks for all that.
This helps a lot, and it gets me hopeful as a kind of new angler to see what combos I should aim for if I want to fish a certain lure. Thank you, man, and keep up the good content.
Great rods! Good job explaining the uses!
Now that's one hell of an arsenal you got!!! Great break down for your viewers
Man, what an awesome supply of tackle 🤤. I wish I had a 1/4 of that. Thanks for sharing man.
Seriously man, I watch/apply or buy and modify, seriously you do not lie. I havent caught monsters, but im catching more fish than i was. Ive bought 3 different draws and absolutely love them on the mfr swimbait rod. There is no joke to any of this. Thank you ben, sincerely thank you
Much appreciated. This definitely clears stuff up
Sweet setups, garage/boat house/tackle store, and all. Congrats man. See you on the next one. ✌🏻🎣
Sheesh stacked up💪 fire video bro 🎣💯‼️
Thanks for your videos! Great fun watching them! Greetings from Germany.
Just picked up my first miliken rod. Absolutely unbelievable how nice it its. Can't wait to use it.
You have a amazing memory of each rod reel and line hats off to you!!!!
This is the video I have been waiting for!!
Great video Ben, I think the next video you should do is your maintenance on your rods and reels. What depths do you go when cleaning and oiling/greasing your reels. How often do you do it? Cover those kind of things.
I’m really excited you boys are making rods in America. I will definitely support that!
I really like these break down technique videos. Ive been learning my jerk bait fishing. You’ve taught me a lot. Want to get some more 6th sense rods.
As im shopping for new reels you post this. Thanks man lvoe the content and slam some more DD this year!
Thanks for sharing your complete arsenal with us.

Just got my 7'2" MFer at my doorstep yesterday. Looks and feels badass, can't really use it yet up here in northern indiana but i got it rigged up ready for ice to melt
My MAN!!! Dope video. Learned a lot here. Can’t wait to see your next one on the water my dude!
Keep’em cummin 🌳😎🌲
Great video and I appreciate the work that you and Coleslaw put into the content! You named all the swim baits in this video except that line-thru that you use, what brand is that line-thru? I like how you showed that it can be rigged either bottom or top hooked and I really want to get some of those.
If you did that all in one take well done. If not Cole did good editing. Garage/fishing cave looking nice and organize since last vid. Always like your content. Keep it up. About time for another MFer of the day! Fingers crossed me.
awesome,love it all
I was feeling guilty about the amount of setups I own(nine) til I watched your vid .Now I might need a few more 🤣🤣
Huge collection bro
I have all Shimano SLX reels and love them. They were my first bait caster reels. Would love to see a video of how you set up your brakes for a new reel.
Excellent educating video .
I got my 7’5” extra heavy/fast today can’t wait to use it
An amazing rod line up. I noticed you had several with 50 and 60/65 lb braid. What brand of braid would you recommend? And in what color? I just got the MFer 6”10 spinning rod for Christmas. Looking forward to getting some time in with it. Appreciate the rod video. It really helps with getting our gear ready to go.
I have been fishing with the same rod since I was a kid lol. If you are a full time worker that loves to fish you don't need to get this crazy lol. Decent rod with decent line and you will be just fine. Don't forget, it's just fishing, and you should enjoy your day off work, and a beautiful view more than your equipment. Stay humble and be thankful for the days you get to fish fellas. 🙏✌️🎣
My favorite is my Emmrod paired up with my shimano antares dc, best backpacking compact rod ever and that reel is just smoooth. Had a dad stop me fishing to ask how my little rod was casting so far with that light of lure an its all in that reel.
Love the vids
Wut up Ben, Slaw and Mfers! Gotta get me and my son some Mfer rods. Especially my 14yr old. He is about to start his bass season for school! Wish I was offered a damn fishing team when I was in school! Keep kicking ass bro! And good luck to my son Landon!!
I usually fish spinning rod on shimano using popping cork with live shrimp and also tie on swim baits or plastics. I target bass, redfish and trout. Which would be the best rod to use for this type of fishing style? I appreciate any feedback.
Thanks so much for showing the travel rod! My husband wants a rod for his truck to store behind or under the seat he could just pull out when he wants.
ruclips.net/video/VNWOvZIubTw/видео.html….
Hell yeah great video!! I appreciate that you didn’t need to include the reels but you did I love that. Only other question is what flourocarbon do you like to use?
ruclips.net/video/VNWOvZIubTw/видео.html…
Nice video and long over due!
In your travel MFer rods which would you suggest for salt water ! I would be using it off rocks aiming for Barracudas or Blue fish ! Using lures! Also which reels would you go with? I guess shimano but what size please.
You bet!! Mfer Nation 💪
I'm taking a shot next month at catching the first tarpon ever on a Milliken travel casting rod - wish me luck lol
Hey so I know this was a rod video but I was just wondering, have you ever tried the kastking capstan 300 reel for your big swimbaits? If so, what'd you think?
What’s up Milliken love the videos
Awesome video. I'm always wondering what line and size...thanks
@miliken, do you have anyone maintain your reels for you? I own a reel service company up in Michigan, and think it would be badass to clean and service your reels man.
Very informative video. My 7'9'' extra heavy 6th sense rod showed up last week and I'm just waiting for my Tatula 300 to show up. I fish a relatively clear water lake (not in Texas don't worry). Any suggestions on brands for line? I normally throw Berkely Trilene, but I've never thrown a $50 swimbait or A rig into the water. I'm looking for reliability given the investment.
Man you, your channel and all your tips, tricks, techniques and advice are all around badass brother...I'm mainly a catfisherman but have been gettin into bass fishin more lately and I'm lookin for a spinning rod that would be idk kinda like a all around rod for all types of lures..what would you suggest I look for as far as sensitivity and length?...any input is gonna be greatly appreciated..thanks and good luck and tight lines brother
Love the spinning travel rod! Just got the casting travel rod and haven't had the chance to use it yet.
ruclips.net/video/VNWOvZIubTw/видео.html….
I have a lux and two esp rods and just ordered two of the milliken travel rods so I don’t have to get ones every trip I take thinking bout Colorado next
Knew you promoted 6th Sense Fishing, but didn't know you were part owner. Cool man! Casey needs a Canadian outlet to avoid the shipping and border costs for us Canuk customers!
YES PLEASEEEEEEE!!!!
love seeing the gear the pros use. some of my favorite video's where you catfish bank fishing and your monster crappie videos. you putting big bass in the boat is a given. p.s. i also have a pond , do you ever have to deal with moss control?
sorry i was signed in on my kids profile. my name is Ron.
How do you like the Tranx series compared to the Tatula? Cant decide between them for a new frog rod I am building.
Feels good on top!! LGB
New angeler...I bought the 7'4" sensory extra heavy fast for jigs and texas rigs....good idea?
What rod would you recommend for river smallies specifically throwing 1/4oz hair jigs?
I've been itching to get the ESP 7'9" Med/Moderate casting rod. Sounds like it would be amazing for making BOMB casts down shallow banks with a Crush 50/100 or something a little deeper like my favorite Curve55 to cover lots of water easily.
I would like to see a 6'6" Med/Mod for close quarters squarebill cranking. Making those tight roll cast. I enjoy being able to come up to a tree in the water on the bank and roll cast a Crush 50 into the gaps and slowly crank down between the branches and I feel like a shorter Moderate rod would be great for that.
Get those little fatties hiding in the trees 😅👍
What would you recommend for a rod to throw the trace on or some of the similar smaller huddleston swim baits on?
Cluster of rods 🤣👍🏼
Support 🐓🇫🇷
Damn it the 7’-9 is already sold out! Nooooo! Awesome content brother.
I'm just starting out in big swim baits and I've been watching your videos to try and learn as much as I can in your opinion is the shimano antares dc monster drive a little overkill for for swim Baits that weigh between 1 1/2 to 4 oz or would I be OK with the regular antares dc the reason I'm asking is because I really want a antares dc
Which rod would you recommend that could do it best for glide baits that aren’t super heavy and a rigs
Would like to see a bigger heavy rod in a 4 piece travel rod set up. Something to throwing 2oz swim/glide baits would be awesome
Yo man. I thought you use to throw North forks?
They have some new C602 rods. If ya don’t know…now ya know brotha. I’m sure you do.
I just picked up a few swimbait blanks can’t wait to build them up! Tear em up love your videos thanxx man.
Ur gonna love the zillion!
No wonder I can't find a dang Tranx in a store. You bought em all 😂
Shimano and Daiwa the only brand reels you buy
What is your favorite all around combo for guys like me that can only afford 1 or 2 combo's
Swimbait rods is my next purchase!
Do you prefer the tranx 300 or the Daiwa reels for your glide baits?
what rod and reel would you match with for live bait use i would change those hooks to single hooks those trebles hooks do a lot of damage to the fish
What’s the brand of swimbait on that tfo unreleased sixth sense swimbait rod?
Do u have a reel site to match perfectly with the MF rod from 6th sense I just ordered
Yall gonna do any tournaments? Texas bass team trail you should do
What’s your favorite rod inn 6 th senses line up
I dig seeing all of the different options and do what I can to get rigs for different sets. My deal is I only bank fish and basically need most of my gear to be multi-use. Would you consider doing a video that really focuses on 3-4 rod and reel combos that cover the full spectrum? To give an example, I have 7' rods in Med, Med, Heavy, and a 7'6" Heavy for baitcaster and my spinning rod is actually a 7' Med Heavy but feels more like a Med, I guess. I need to replace that one with a better rod, soon, though. What would your thoughts be for a situation like mine
7'2" med heav mod fast is a great all around road I have the mfer with all of my technique specific rods and i can throw many different baits on it and the zark 7'4" heavy is a killer for diff techniques
ruclips.net/video/VNWOvZIubTw/видео.html…
What a dream it would be to have half the rods u do
Ben any chance of a telescopic swim bait rod?
When are the 7’4” med lights comin out!?!?!?
I would love to have a good bait casting rod,but I just afford y’all’s rods. Thus why I use Shakespeare. 19 dollars at Walmart. Great video!
ruclips.net/video/VNWOvZIubTw/видео.html….
What will be the price point on the USA made rods?
I really like my 7’0 med/heavy mfer rod.
Surprised it wasn’t on the list!
Just ordered the 77 heavy. Code didn’t work said it was invalid. Had to get it anyways. Wasn’t letting it get away
Cool ass video brother peace out from Ohio. Ill be watching

Can you fish buzz baits on the 7'2 mh mod fast MFer rod?
For someone who enjoys fishing but doesn't like the idea of carrying more than 2 poles.. Which would be the best all-rounder rod? I do bank fishing, and sometimes boat fishing. Only thing I don't do is throw them crazy big baits. Anyone able to help?
I don't get out on lakes ever I mainly do ponds in Central Oklahoma!! I can't carry a bunch of rods with me and I would like to find a rod that ranges from frogs to spinner baits like a utility or just an all in one lol
From 6th- that won't break the bank.. The Zark. It'll do a little of everything.
What rods you offer made in the USA? Only rods I'm interested in.
Team 6 rods are legit!
Awesome break down ben is your 7’2” m/h mod fast in your series rod good enough to throw frogs on with 15lbs flouro on the reel
Frogs on flouro?
ruclips.net/video/VNWOvZIubTw/видео.html….
Do u still use LYN fishing line ???
HEY, sweet hinkle you got there is that the one you “traded” Nate and then never sent your trade to him? Just curious. 🤷🏽♂️
Damn son!! Who gets all your old stuff?
Goals!

Come up to wisco and ice fish. Got plenty of spots I can direct you to for some good content
I bought 2 of your caps.
WHAT KIND OF REEL IS THAT RED SPINCAST REEL?
Please make more travel rods. We need a travel swim bait ride
Youuu bettttt
