I’m in Jamaica right now and I can confirm it’s not bad at all … idk why people love panic and fear… there are almost 800 shelters across the island .. the prime minister has done a tremendous job and still continuing to do so .. Jamaicans biggest problem is they don’t listen.. stay in your home or evacuate to a shelter it’s really as simple as that

The hurricane was actually ol here in Jamaica. The breeze for me was lovely I opened up my windows and relax and slept like a baby. I know it must have been scary for some but have to be grateful for every little blessings.
She is 56 years old and still beautiful you are blessed nothing will harm you god bless

Girl please! Jamaicans live in NY and we're not use to snow but we manage. They don't cry and say " they are scared every time there is a snow storm or the temperature is frigid. They go to work in snow storms.
Why Americans complain about life's little challenges but foreigners will live in America and NEVER complain.

Yes they have but it's not something that we (New Yorkers, specifically Brooklyn ) are accustomed to. Our biggest Hurricane so far was Sandy and Irene that I can remember. Now we experience blizzards and snow storms.
Whatever, it happens in the USA, so many natural disasters happen there. New York Brooklyn, siren lots of siren, Nine 11. Too dramatic

I just watched another clip that was taped 1 or 2 days before the hurricane hit Montego Bay. The smiling USA tourists remained on the beach laughing and saying, “Oh well. There’s nothing I can do but batten down the hatches.” Now this video is showing reality! Good job girl. Stay safe!

What worries me most, is, that, with people like that a society will become dysfunctional, because they're trained to consuming only. You normally get like 3 days warning for a Hurricane. Sometimes a week. It's not about checking the weather. Jamaica hasnt had a hurricane in over a decade.
