On the higher time frame you wait for the ´´ true break´´ ? Like you said in other video, a candle closing above the candle that broke the high? And in the lower timeframe entry the same thing. Correct ?

How would I trade 1 hr time frame 1 hr is the main time . I'm learning how to swing

15 minute will be the lower TF and 4 Hr is your high TF. Swing on your main TF and look for your entry on the 15M TF. 4HR TF look for direction and key levels
