Phelps? The one who came second but pushed harder and was awarded gold medal? Or the one who never did any anti-doping tests? Please don't mix truly great athletes with the likes of those! USA teams are the only ones excluded from tests. And Serena taking "prescribed" medication?! If you said Kobe, I would just say RESPECT!!!

Absolutely mind boggling... The physical and mental resilience... The accuracy... He's unreal... Great final, the 2nd set was unreal... What a show once again... I think Novak wants to retire with every single records😂, which he could possibly still get. It's gonna get harder and harder but he seems highly motivated to doing just that, so best of luck Novak Djokovic🥳😎
Regardless of people's opinions about rivalry and invincibility, Tennis is a sport that rewards one who competes at the highest level. We will continue to watch new and existing champions crowned next year, beginning from Melbourne Park in January. Novak Djokovic kept raising the bar higher and higher; he only seems to slow the pace if the young bloods are determined to do so. Congrats, Djoker Nole 2🏆🏆🏆🏆!!!
"Tennis is a sport that rewards one who competes at the highest level." Isn't that true about ANY sport?

This particular final (24th Grand Slam win, Novak) will go down as one of the greatest "straight" set Finals of all time. In my era that is. It would have been so great to have underlined during the trophy ceremony, how extremely high the level of tennis this match truly was & in those conditions on the biggest stage. Shot making masterclass. Rally after rally, fight after fight. Both sides. Medvedev is an exceptional warrior, human being , sportsman , tennis player, and the list goes on... Novak Djokovic is a king of all kings, the GOAT of all GOATS, mind body , soul and family man. What a match , what a privilege to witness the epitome of greatness. Salute
You're the Best Tennis Player!!..Unique!!.. always humble and focused
Was watching him live for the first time yesterday. Such a focus…always on tennis..even when he makes a mistake and he throws himself to the ground…always stretching, always optimal body alignment …anger never takes this away… Yoga master
What a win ✝️
No one deserves it more than you!
Well Done Novak!
Please stay healthy and warmest congratulations!
What a gracious dude - in addition to being such a great champion!
BRAVOOOO NOLE TAJ BROJ 24 PRELEPO TI STOJI..DA SI NAM ZIV I ZDRAV..TI SI NAS PONOS..VOLIMO TE...
this man is all class.
A few arrogant corners could do with a filing but OK.
@@davidbraybrooke8732you have no class
He would be at 28 grand slams at least if he was allowed to travel freely to Australia and U.S for tennis the last couple of years - beautiful come back to rub it all in their faces
So true
Depends on the draw
Fantastic!
@@akashnayak1676bitter, tsk,tsk
As a novak fan,After he won AO and USO I just thought that making novak deport last year made him give a redemption else he wouldn't have played at this level with this much aggression. So I think they have done a favour in order to make nole even better as a player
Listen and learn, this man is a great inspiration. May the Universe bless him and protect him❤🙏🏼
He is done rewriting the history books. He is now writing a new volume that no one thought would be possible. The question is no longer about GOAT of tennis, but GOAT of all sports. Bradman, Phelps, Gretzky, etc. are the ones to compare against.
@@Gorinabarje I applaud all those athletes, even the "enhanced" ones... but Novak is just really on an entirely different level.
Phelps is dope swimmer, icon of capitalism.
Phelps?? Lol are you kidding me
Djokovic is one of the greatest athletes of all times in all sports together with Secretariat. Phelps and Bolt.
I wouldn't compare any of the greatest in team sports like Pelé, Jordan, Gretzky, etc. cause they can rely on their teammates.
This is so emotional when he speaks about his children.... his interviews are most interesting in ATP
How is it possible to not love this guy
People who have hate in their heart can never see the light of truth, even if its staring them right in the face.
When your triple boosted you tend to hate a pure blood
just look at his behaviour when he is losing and even when he is winning
complete lack of respect for his box
there is your answer
@harris don't you worry about his box. Someone has to absorb the anger and they aggried to that
@@Harris19941aww U r so worried about Nole box 😅😅😅
So happy for Nole! Just want to cry, he’s so inspiring!!! 🏆🏆🏆
Statistically he's been the GOAT for a while.
I agree.
3 years sharp
Another epic match from the GOAT. Him winning the second set was phenomenal.
Second set was great! 👍🏾
I like how the question was asked about Carlitos and I liked Novak's answer as well. Great job
Congratulations boss…24 and counting 🙌🏻🙌🏻
I wish there had been discussion about what an exciting match it was overall. Like at the award ceremony, talk about how powerful and nail biting it was. Tennis at the highest level for sure!
Wow unbelievable congrats 🥳 24 🎾🙌
No words left guys!!
Endless respect for this guy
The conversation is over . Like it or not , he is the one and only. The Greatest Off All Time . ❤
You are probably right.
GOAT status reaffirmed yet again, rewriting history every few months it seems, glad I became a Djoko fan when it wasn't trendy to do so, seems everyone loves him now :)
Novak is true goat reaching all 4 finals of grandslam in a year is truly unbelievable. I hope he will complete calendar year Slam toooo❤❤❤
The greatest of all time 😊
He’ll be judged for some of his behaviour during the COVID pandemic. His tennis record is uncontested though.
@@davidbraybrooke8732he will and that will be his greatest legacy, he is on the right side of history, the moral and ethical side of history, the side that stood against medical and societal fascism, history will judge him well and true.
Imagine what his records could have been if those crazy travel restrictions wouldn't have blocked him from participating in more tournaments...
Robbed of points in Wimbledon which took away his #1 ranking, disqualified by a Karen, and deported by corrupt politicians... Overcame it all.
That's why now he's Novaxx.
On the other hand I think it gave him a huge motivation boost...

Yep, that's the only booster dose he took 🙂

I am so proud that he is simply the best!Greetings from Serbia!👍👍👍❤❤❤
Champion of champions🏆
Congratulations Novak..an inspiration!
👏👏👏👏
The man who knew infinity.. Fortunate to witness something like this!!
A CHAMPION of SUBSTANCE. Very articulate. Congrats Nole.
After us open he played for his country Davis Cup,,what an inspiration ❤❤❤
Truly remarkable man
When Novak was a kid and started to play tennis no one, no one from Serbia didn't want to help him. No one. Even no Slobodan Zivojinovic. Just his parents somehow found way to give him chance to play tennis. In 1999 he was practicing in empty swimming pool...Novak is now one of a rare strong personality with integrity in the World...Huge respect to him!!!!
@@itakarerio2821England as well, but he is Serbian. All of them wanted for him to represent them. So, i don't see that as help. Plus both of those 2 countries bombed his country.
@@itakarerio2821 Not really Germany, but coach that was living there, Nikola Pilić, Jelena Genčić gave him a call and said that she has a wonder kind here in Kopaonik.
It would be awesome if he could win the gold medal next year in Paris and end his career with 9 Wimbledon championships!
He should now choose which tournaments to play.
Yasss … just because 😮💨🥶
The one thing he's still missing.
Fingers crossed... I'd be beside myself if he does..🤞🏼🤞🏼❤
Wimbledon will do everything to preserve federer record .
WOW...
This is how a real man of principles look like... ❤...
and at the end lets the truth win!
Amazing...🙏✌👍🤝💪
Novak is " The Man" Bravo !!!
I normally wouldn’t sit through an entire 20 minute interview discussing tennis; however, this guy is amazing. Congrats man, and especially because of all that you, your family and country have been through for you to get here.
Congratulations king Novak ❤🏆❤️😊
The only thing constant is change and that’s the difference between a 🐐 vs the other 2 Great players who aren’t playing at the highest level anymore so Novak is fully focused on his mentality and that’s the key lesson we all need to learn from him regardless whether we’re fans of his or not
