I would like to get this bag after seeing so many reviews that were not sponsored and had great reviews, so you have confirmed that it’s worth adding to my collection. I think a lot of the influencers who were gifted this bag don’t even use it as they seem to dislike any contemporary brands. BTW, I live Paris, too! I haven’t been there in over 10 years but I go to Europe usually once or twice a year when the world is normal.
Yep there’s always some hesitations when people who otherwise don’t wear contemporary brands start to hype items they’ve been gifted 🤔 but I’m happy I bought this bag even though I’m maybe more into designer bags in general 😍
@@WithaTouchofLuxury I like having the option of a less showy bag for some occasions, as well as one that’s good in all weather. That’s one reason why I will always love Coach, they have very durable leather, even though I mostly buy higher end brands. 🙂
Looks totally fine even when the buttons are open. 👌 I'd always wondered if it would look somehow wonky as I also see myself just leaving the buttons undone if I had this bag. Good to know it isn't an issue!

I had such a difficult time deciding on the colour as I could have chosen many 😆 but I’m very happy with the bag and the colour I got! This greige is perfect neutral in my opinion 🤍
I was one of the commenters on your Instagram photo. At first I thought the strap was completely unusable for me. I’m 5 foot 3 inches (162.5 cm) and a Plus size US size 18-20 (2x) or larger on top. It sits too high for my tastes. I like crossbody bags to sit at the hip. I had been using a Gucci dupe strap nylon from Amazon which worked out really well. But I still wanted to find a way to use the original strap. I ended up getting some 3/4 inch D rings from Amazon and slipped them into the original strap. Then used strap extenders from Amazon. A lot of them fall around 5-7+ inches. You can get gold tone chains, some that incorporate big “pearls” (fake), some that look like dupes for a LV bag charm (chain with the flowers). With these and the adjustability of the original strap, it makes the bag wearable for more people.
Such a pretty bag and i would be upset with wine spillage especially cos it's new! A friend of mine had hot soup on her chanel classic flap. Her thighs were burnt too but she wasn't worried about them. The restaurant owner paid her back the full amount for her bag. That is one company xmas party by the way. I've never heard of one that goes for thar long... I'm hoping that polene will make a nice belt bag one day.. Would love to add one to my collection 💕💕💕
No one has ever spilled any licqueds on my bags before so I wasn’t really sure how to react 😅 it clearly was an accident and the bag survived! If there would have been some marks I most likely would have let her know the next day. But yeah, all good now! Heh company Xmas parties are serious stuff here 🤣
Hi I just got my Polene nano in also in chalk now tody. I purchase from the official uk website. From the official website, it does look like cool tone white, however when I receive it, it’s looks like a bit grey-green tone, it’s not that white compared to to what I see from the website. I questioned did they send me the wrong colour like khaki, but it doesn’t look like as dark as that, just its more a grey green white to me , than a white chalk. May I know is that the colour u have on your nano in chalk please.
Hi! Mine is actually the colour taupe; maybe the video doesn’t show the colour correctly but in real life it’s not white chalk at all. I used to own the Neuf Mini in the colour chalk so if you want to compare the colour you can watch the unboxing or review video. Sorry to hear that you are not entirely happy with the colour!

Thank you for watching! 1) I only own the iPhone 11 so unfortunately I can’t say on 100% guarantee how other phones would fit. My guess is that bigger phones can also fit in comfortably 2) for me the bag is light to carry 3) with this leather the wear & tear has been great! I’ve used it a lot and can’t really see any signs of wear; not even colour transfer. I haven’t babied this bag at all. I have also filmed a one-year review if this bag in case you’d be interested to hear my thoughts after owning it for awhile ☺️
Depends on so many things: what else do you have in the bag, are the sunglasses in cases, what kind of cases etc. But regular sunglasses should fit in sunglass pouches into the bag if there’s something else as well

Do you have any input on this? Also, how do you find the regular size compared to the Nano? I think with Polene the beauty is in the aesthetic, but you may need to make little compromises with the functionality.
As I bought mine directly from their boutique in Paris I unfortunately don’t have any experience with their return policy. And all I can tell about the customer service is that I received great service at the store. So based on my experience I’m definitely super happy and looking for buying more. I chose the Nano size because I felt the regular has a bit odd sizing: it’s a strange in-betweener as it’s not really a big bag (doesn’t fit a laptop) but when worn it looks really big 😆 I absolutely love the Nano and for my needs I haven’t had to compromise on anything. But I guess that’s a very subjective thing 😊

@@WithaTouchofLuxury I once had a red wine incident, when wearing a LV bag with vacchetta leather. It was a beach bar and a volleyball landed exactly on my glass 😱 Luckily it just spilled on my dress (worse enough 🙄), not my bag! But it were seconds of terror, until I realized my bag stayed clean!

Nice bag! How thick and soft is the leather?
It’s very thick. I’d say it’s like saffiano leather so not ’buttery soft’ like lambskin etc. ☺️
