I play mostly with legend AI and found a great goofy formation it’s 3-3-3-1 using QC it’s in Asia-J2 league-last one
Edit : konami changed that default formation for that club and i can’t find another club who have it

RAM doesn't matter much, the chipset does. So i recommend Snapdragon 800+,
4GB Ram is enough for eF23
What if you have a good connection and device but you get 1 bar is the a way to improve it ?
It's your isp issue maybe. High Ping issue. It happens in shared IP even it's 40/50mbps line. So try to use Dedicated IP. Even 5mbps will give you smoother gameplay.

One IP address that is assigned to a single user rather than being shared with multiple users. It's costly but more stable than Shared IP.

Yeah Sepahan & Portugal both are outstanding for possession. You can also try the default 4321 formation from the game formation list.

Coz of scripting nothing works agains it no matter what you do the opponent GK will save it and you'll concede goals from unorthodox positions & corners...In my last match i had 20 crosses all were stunning crosses via Beckham & Pedri straight to Ronaldo who was in A form then substituted giroud with supersub skill still GK made 15 saves and at the 94th min i conceded from the corner..For real this game is dead
