Being a new army I must say, yeah out of all the members, the tones and colours of his voice when he sings stands out the most for me (not simply because he's my bias but it's just what I feel) some songs he covered few years ago got me falling in love with his voice even further, like paper hearts and IU's ending scene ( list goes on)

Totally unprepared, unrehearsed, unedited, right on the spot, googling lyrics while singing it, no effects on his voice, no music supporting him, no nothing .... just JK and his instrument, and he slayed, simply SUPREME ... as he always does. I wouldn't even say naturally because he works so hard! He said he didn't really take vocal lessons because it would change his tone so he said he just teaches himself! He's seriously incredible

The fact that jungkook always makes it looks so easy whenever he sings which is not easy, that's actually a great talent. He makes his audience feel comfortable.
I love that he has confidence in his voice, enough to sing on the spot whenever he's asked. He's always sang when asked esp during interviews, variety shows and such as that is part of his role as the main vocal of BTS but his new found confidence is something else. I think when he started composing more and when his songs started getting selected for official BTS albums, it provided him with that validation. That he is no longer just the "maknae" (youngest member) of BTS. That he can in fact contribute and play a big part in the process of creating their music, not just the performance aspect of it. I am looking forward to more of his contributions to the group as well as his solo works. He truly is a very very talented artist in all aspects.
Yes, I think he's always been hard on himself, and truthfully I think when he gets hated on it really took a toll on his confidence. People get upset about his role as the main vocalist, but have no idea how much he contributes on and off stage for their music. I hope he continues to see how incredibly talented he is because he's also such a hardworking and kind hearted person ❤

Jungkook has improved to a point where now he sounds like autotune even when he's not really even trying hard to sing acapella in front of a live camera. And I agree that JK has a beautiful aura of innocence all around him. I know he's a grown up adult but that pure baby energy is still in him. He's also really kind hearted and a down to earth sweetheart. Our precious baby bunny🐰💜💜💜
And one of the best things about him is that he is not arrogant and REALLY appreciates that ARMY is the reason he is rich and popular and is set for life. He spends endless hours on line interacting with ARMY and does many things for them. He was raised right and it shows. Ethics and values and a big heart. Just a damn talented young man who is a fine human being. You want a great role model for your kids, here he is, as are all members of BTS. Much respect.
Jungkook admitted in his recent video (where BTS members interviewed each other) that he doesn’t take vocal lessons and self teaches. It’s soo amazing because he is literally developing his own voice to even greater heights and he is already sooo incredible! :)
Oh, to be certain he started out with a vocal coach. He just has continued all he learned and practices and practices now. When he first started singing he would not sing alone. He had no idea he had the perfect lead vocal voice.
@@elondahipkins8718 Yes of course. He stated that he doesn’t take vocal lessons now because he feels like (and I am paraphrasing) he looses his “character” and his uniqueness when he takes vocal lessons so he steadily improves on his own, which is incredible :)
I hope he takes vocal lessons again tho. Because he’s super talented and someone with his talent definitely needs to hone his skills more and more so that he can be truly great! Music is an ocean and one can always learn more

This was in the middle of his lunch. He wanted to spend a few minutes with ARMY while he ate his smoked duck salad. He still had a few bites left when he saw in the comments that people were asking him to sing, so he just sang. And when he was talking in between singing in the Lauv song, it was to complain how high it was and ask if he had really sang that.

What's crazy is he did this without any warming up, picked random songs people requested on the spot, searched and read the lyrics on the spot, and sang the songs acapella just like that...seriously Jungkook is beyond incredibly talented! I could be wrong but I think I heard somewhere that JK has perfect pitch. He’s able to hear a melody once or twice and then reproduce it. Also JK is really good at harmonization. That’s why he’s often doing background vocals and riffs.
He definitely has that youthful innocence about him. His eyes and just his mannerisms. He's very endearing. One can only truly understand just how wonderful a person he is when watching one of his livestreams to completion.

Definitely JK is considered perfect pitch (as per many reliable sources)...Jungkook has low pitch speaking voice (he sounds cool when speaking) so sometimes when he imitates V's voice he sounds so real that even members (esp. V&Jimin) acknowledges.

I just finished watching this....and now Jungkook is live again...right now...singing some more songs for us...you should watch them too! I love that he has confidence in his voice, enough to sing on the spot whenever he's asked. He's always sang when asked esp during interviews, variety shows and such as that is part of his role as the main vocal of BTS but his new found confidence is something else. I think when he started composing more and when his songs started getting selected for official BTS albums, it provided him with that validation. That he is no longer just the "maknae" (youngest member) of BTS. That he can in fact contribute and play a big part in the process of creating their music, not just the performance aspect of it. I am looking forward to more of his contributions to the group as well as his solo works. He truly is a very very talented artist in all aspects.
Yes, I think he's always been hard on himself, and truthfully I think when he gets hated on it really took a toll on his confidence. People get upset about his role as the main vocalist, but have no idea how much he contributes on and off stage for their music. I hope he continues to see how incredibly talented he is because he's also such a hardworking and kind hearted person ❤

Jungkook has improved to a point where now he sounds like autotune even when he's not really even trying hard to sing acapella in front of a live camera. And I agree that JK has a beautiful aura of innocence all around him. I know he's a grown up adult but that pure baby energy is still in him. Jungkook admitted in his recent video (where BTS members interviewed each other) that he doesn’t take vocal lessons and self teaches. It’s soo amazing because he is literally developing his own voice to even greater heights and he is already sooo incredible! :)
Oh, to be certain he started out with a vocal coach. He just has continued all he learned and practices and practices now. When he first started singing he would not sing alone. He had no idea he had the perfect lead vocal voice.
@@elondahipkins8718 Yes of course. He stated that he doesn’t take vocal lessons now because he feels like (and I am paraphrasing) he looses his “character” and his uniqueness when he takes vocal lessons so he steadily improves on his own, which is incredible :)
I hope he takes vocal lessons again tho. Because he’s super talented and someone with his talent definitely needs to hone his skills more and more so that he can be truly great! Music is an ocean and one can always learn more
