This is a Minecraft 1.16 challenge where I am beating Minecraft as fast as possible (Minecraft speedrun) to beat the game! However, the twist is that I can fish structures. This is a "Minecraft, But" challenge, not beating minecraft but my friend tries to stop me AKA Minecraft Speedrunner VS Hunter AKA Minecraft Manhunt, Minecraft UHC, Minecraft PvP, nor Minecraft SMP. :L

It is a trick, just search "4,4 stronghold technique"
Its easy to do, just learn about structure generation, and you will see that strangholds' starter stairway is always at 4 4 in the chunk
This is based on structure generation in minecraft. If you press f3, theres a part that will show you chunk coordinates. Press f3 and g together and you can see chunk borders for further clarification if you would like.
simply locate the chunk of the stronghold, and using f3, go to the chunk coordinates 4 (y) 4 and you will always end up where TapL does. The middle number is the y value and does not matter.
You can also use this trick to locate buried treasure. Locate the chunk using the map by finding the x and then go to 9 (y) 9.
I am unsure about other structures' generation but I imagine it's a safe assumption to say they all follow along similar lines.
