- You have no idea how much power does asking the right question holds. In this video I spoke about how just one conversation with my colleague changed my mindset and made me believe that I can achieve something big all by myself.
I hope my story inspires you to dream big about yourself and work on your goals. I know I am yet to achieve my set goals but I am glad that at least I found my direction now.

Here's a more detailed clarification that I missed adding in my video - I did Bcom in accounts and finance and by the age 20, I was a graduate! Worked with a leasing firm for 9 months and prepared for Bank PO/RBI assistant/SSC CGL/UPSC etc. Only clear pre and main of IBPS PO but couldn't crack the interview! I was 21 by then and I decided to pursue MBA! Even during MBA, I gave such exams but couldn't clear even a single exam! Meanwhile, tried my hands in different fields (choreography/modelling/wedding planning, etc). Did their 3month course and left everything in between!
So after my post grad, i.e. by 23, I got placed in TCS! Hope the timeline is more clear now!

We need patience and our decision making ability should be based on the questions which we definitely should ask ourself.Purpose only comes with crystal clear clarity mindset.Better late than regret.
Hey drishti, one thing i appreciate in ur journey is , U tried and experimented everything and then landed where ur finally happy. Most of the ppl even don't do that.
In my view,
Hatsoff to u ✌️
That's the same thought I had while watching the video, experimenting is most important
You are exploring so muchh. Start career talks also
I loved your self-confidence. Self-enlightenment/discovery is a result of your experience & learning from others because you can't try all things.
Don't compare your life to anyone.
See yourself after the results and if you are happy then go for it.
Most realistic video I've ever seen that you can easily relate with yourself. Don't settle for anything you are not born for.
try hard never give up ,learn more ,do not let anyone to decide what to do in ur life ,be your own writer, director ,and actor
I can see myself in you dude. I am 24 now, I am a comm grad, hated the degree. I was consistently avg in school. Same 60% 70% shizz. I did a job in sales and hated it and quit in 11 months. Started learning for MBA, and my math was bad, and thought of quitting MBA prep that I studied for what about 1.5 years or something? And the I thought about learning Front End, and stuff and that took 6-7 months and that didn't work out. Now I am doing something that I like, ie. 3D Animation and Game Art, for last 1.5 years and I got a job, decent 5lpa waali, but this is a very topsy turvy career, because isme market nahi hai, ki kal mai kisi aur naav mai kud ke pay increase kar saku.
Merko kisine fir baadme meri aankhen kholi ye kehke ki, I have a not so gifted IQ, for tech jobs and jobs that require constant learning because inn sab mai jo elite toppers hote hai class ke wahi aage bad paate hai.
It ain't like running a marathon like David Goggins, the goals that pay premium money in tech are made for gifted people. The fact, you mentioned about 60-70% marks is not your mistake. We try to work the same hard but some people learn 4 times faster than us Drishti. Ps. kindly ignore if I am wrong here, because the argument I am trying to make here is a bit sad and based on the "avg marks statistic" you mentioned in this video. Which if you understand, is the same case with me.
The psychologist whose video I found relative to the problem was Dr. Jordan Peterson.
first of all kudos for not giving & trying so many things. don't talk yourself down, you don't need gifted IQ for tech jobs. i also felt same, we are more capable than we think we are. also i remind this quote to myself when i'm in doubt “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.”
So what are you doing now?
Actually jo log apna struggles batate hn unhi Se inspiration milti h.. So thnks dear.....khud ke timeline k according Chalna chaheye..May be bhot Kuch peeche chutth jaye..but keep walking in ur journey n never compare..
Randomly landed onto your video, but inspired from your words. Somewhat similar to your journey, I too am in the quest of finding my purpose but stucked in my professional life since 7 years and responsibilities of my family.
Great to hear your story
I am also from commerce, currently doing bba from retail management and when my internship started I got know that this isn't my job, my role, my purpose in life and now I am thinking to change my retail line..
And your video gave me confidence to try new things and to discover your purpose in life , THANK YOU ❤️✨
I'm on the same stage working in IT and figuring my life purpose 😄
The way you motivate people is insane and amazing. I love you 💟🫰🏽
Thank you Shalini ❤️
Hey Drishti, Yesterday I found your channel through yt shorts and today got this video in my recommendation.... And after watching this video I genuinely felt that my story is being shared here... We have so many similarities... I also have many big dreams... But to be honest my actions are not even close to what I want to achieve... Every night, I sleep with the guilt of wasting my day... But your video has again filled me with positivity.... Your message is very true. I will carry it with me... thanks
One more thing - Your vibe is very positive... Stay same... I hope we will meet someday...
Same situation
Maturity is when you realise even in IITs most student placed with the average package of 15-20 Lakh
That means to earn 2 crore they need to work for 10 years
Yes there will be some increments in 10 years but there is also self expenses and most importantly government taxes
So it's obvious that to collect 2 crore takes at least 10 years of time
So we should open our own business right bro
15 is not avg at IIT, 6-7 LPA is. 15 is medium range.
@@letsgetready8475 yes
If our focus is to earn a lot of money (everyone wants) then it's better to start business then doing a job

Most people in IT industry are fed up with their work. Very relatable xD
Haha! Work pressure is too high on the employees😶
I have just resigned from my IT job last month for pursuing MBA .
Well, i still feel that I am on the same path with higher level just gonna be a post grad with high salary .
I really need a side hustle clearly i am sinking.
Stop being stereotype about IT industry.
I work as a data scientist at Flipkart, earning pretty handsome amount and living with a pretty decent lifestyle.
It's all about what kind of role and what kind of company you're working with.
Opportunity is much much greater in product based companies. TCS is mostly a service based company which provides IT services to other companies.

Tumne job kara, upsc mains tak pohoche fir mba kiya aur fir tcs join Kiya tab bhi 23 ki age? Kuch jada he unrealistic hai
Uhh! Actually not! First job was right after graduation, i.e at age 20! Did that for 9 months and started preparing for banking exams! UPSC toh clear he nahi hua. IBPS PO mains clear hua by the age of 21! Then I did MBA and at 23 I got placed in TCS! Is the timeline clear now? One main point I got is " Ask questions " it is so easy to say but people like me thinks even two times for asking the question even in the classroom? I've to overcome this.
Hello Drishti ma'am, I've been following you for past some times and it has added a greater value in my daily life. Inspired by you, I've started book reading and I'm just loving it. Currently I'm reading "Atomic Habits" and "The Mixer". Is it an apt approach to go through 2 books at a time??? Or should I focus on a single book?
Lots of love from West Bengal ma'am. Thank you ❤️

Hey Drishti, I have a question.
So the situation is that after my junior college in commerce I was pursuing CA for 1.5 to 2 years then I realized that it was not for me so I got admission to a 3-year course of BCA and then the 3-year course of MCA. And now I am 25 and still fill lost. Don't know what to do and what to not. Do you have any suggestions?
You can start coding again and make it your living
Just do what your heart says
Are you me? I did bcom, left CA after IPCC and did MCA lol, also I am 25
Hai...i am going to persue MCA now....and why you are not getting a job because of coding...or something else
First do inner engineering
