- Navi Mumbai Traffic Police didn't register my complaint against worst drivers. Then I sent mail to traffic police department with all required details. But still no action has been taken since last 5 months.
Worst drivers:
1. S K Wheels Pvt Ltd
MH 43 BE 7737
Continuously talking on phone while driving
3 unpaid fine showing on MTPapp application
2. Prithviraj Shankar Jagtap
MH 43 AW 1455
Continuously watching video on phone while driving
5 unpaid & 1 paid fine showing on MTPapp application
Please comment what action should be taken by navi mumbai police department against these drivers.

@thunder on road - I think the real punishment would be, traffic police should arrange 2 day safety drive campaign for such care less drivers, which should be mandatory and if they fail to attend this then they have to pay heavy amount. Also traffic police should arrange a meeting of such drivers with the family who's family member got victim of road accidents because of careless drivers. So at least by doing this they will feel one family's loss and they will feel shame of their careless driving. After all we are human beings and emotions drive us better than any rule

Kahi navin nahi these Police doesn’t know the basic rules. I salute the uploader. As per crpc 154 (1) of 1973 it’s mandatory to register the complaint

The police is not interested in stopping these kind of people or making the streets safe but to have these people around so that their bribe income is going on. The root cause is salary of the police being less and perks of being a Indian police is next to nothing.

One thing i want to noted that if u launch complaint on any police station whether the incident happening on other location. U CAN FILE A COMPLAINT AT ANY POLICE STATION AND U CAN TELL THEM TO TRANSFER FIR ON OTHER POLICE STATION.

But see what system reflects to responsible citizens likes you.
*ha aamcha area nahi.
*ha traffice police case.
*ikde java tikde java.
It fell like harrassment of ourself.
in those 4 hrs, i guess u drive almost 2 hrs (let assume 100km, almost 2 ltr of fuel ₹150) just wasted, but no action taken till yet.
Then how citizens like you support to system?
Action taken on both of them.. 1st one 400 and 2nd one 200 rupees fine..

आधी काही कार्यवाही करायची तर यांच्यावर करा .
आणि ते शेवटचे साहेब नाही म्हणे तुम्हाला काय पत्ते खेडायल ते कार्यालय दिलय का !
एक साधी कंप्लेंट लिहून घेऊ शक्त नाही . कशासाठी बस्ता त्या कार्यालयात काय काम काय तुमच ,आणि एवड करून तुम्ही कंप्लेंट घेतली लिहून आणि समाजा काही कार्यवाही केली आणि दंड जर 5000₹ झाल तर जो कोणी आरोपी असेल तो देणार आहे का नाही तो हे सर्व काम 2000 किंवा 3000 शांत करेल आणि त्याला हे करायला सांगणारे भी हेच .
प्रथम ही यंत्रणा सुधारली पाहिजे बाकी सर्व आपोआप सुधरेल .

For vehicle details car info application.. other vehicles fine option is not available on mtp application nowadays..
