She has separation anxiety from me. She had a whole day playing in the lake so was in the downstairs kitchen to dry off while we were eating in the upstairs kitchen. She broke the gate several times before, but can also jump over it. Had to record because I knew it would happen. I have now welded that portion closed and reversed the direction the gate swings so it has contained her for now. When she realizes she can push it out easier than leveraging the gate I'll be out of ideas. She just recently chewed through her travel kennel while in a timeout.
You can see that these people are idiots. This dog is a husky. When this dog bites thru the gate he hurt his teeth. Just sick locking this husky up. He needs to play.😢.
Thanks for the concern. She was outside in the lake running without any fences or limitations for 8 hours straight, but yeah she's very high energy and has separation anxiety from me. Very intelligent, too. I drilled a peg into that gate since it's the 3rd time I've "welded" it back together. She had it out in the first 10 seconds after I walked away. My girlfriend had to put her glock lock on her kennel when she was a puppy because she could open it from the inside. Do you have a husky?
