May God bless you and your family.
Thank you so much for your timely instructions. I attempted roti for the first time, made them smaller to be more manageable also don't have a tawa. I was pleased they came out fluffy and was still soft the next day, Thanks again.
I always enjoy your cooking process, will definitely try cooking curries your method and hopefully, I will have the same or close to your results. Thank-you
Ria everything you cook is so clean, I just want to come over, and watch you cook. I have learnt a lot but I think over here everything is so cold the roti gets tuff. Keep cooking we love you.
🇹🇹🇹🇹👍🏾👍🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Thank you for inviting me over for dinner Trinidad style that looks soooooooo Amazing..my mother in law would make meals like that often..it was great being that my family is from the Arkansas married to a carribean man and the Indian culture was a blessing of both cultures 🇻🇨🇹🇹🇺🇲

Now you make a good dhalpuri. I've seen/tasted a few outside of my families own which is thick, and the flour still has a raw taste. Yours is right up my alley, lovely food as always Ria x
Thanks for showing me how to dry out the Dahl when it is too moist. Just love your cooking. From Trinidad, lived in U.S.A for over 40yrs, now retired and living in Aruba. Will be trying the roti with the curry channa and aloo this Friday. Wish me luck! 😃 Thanks again for all your videos. Stay safe and healthy to you and your family. 🙏
Eid Mubarak to you my sis. Thank you in behalf of all the Muslims viewers. I appreciate the time you took to make these very traditional Eid special dishes. You are very open minded and that would go a far way in recognition. To be successful one must have an open mind which you have clearly demonstrated in your video here. You will be rewarded sis. Once again thank you for the video/ recipes and wish you and your family ' Eid Mubarak '

Ooooh, my tummy is rumbling.....wanna try this soooo badly! Love to visit T&T one time, it's on my list! The way you make your rotis is the same way I do, I have the same round tawa, only I make my rotis bigger. And my stuffing is only grounded yellow split peas with ground spices like cumin plus crushed garlic and yellow Madame Jeanette peppers. I cook Suriname-style (I'm Dutch) 🙂
Looks sooo good😋😋 I made curried duck..pumpkin..chicken breast chunks with potato for the grandkids..and paratha. All rounded off with sawine of course🤗🤗
As usual Ria it was a pleasure watching you prepare so many meals at once. I yet to try making the roti. All of your meals look delicious. Big up too you and family
Yuuum!! I have to make all this for my Trini husband. I do cook Caribbean food more than any other food, but I find dhalpuries difficult to make. This video has definitely helped. By the way, how does the roasted and ground cumin take on such a dark colour? Thanks.
