I started watching this WNBA that I did not know existed. Because of Caitlin Clark
I thought it would be enjoyable. Now that I am disgusted and angry I realize I am
not having fun at all. Caitlin Clark is a class act. Never talks bad about anyone.
Generosity and her work with Care For Pediatric Cancers. And visiting children

    WNBA is so pathetic.

The play should have been stopped. Clark should have had 2 free throws and De'Janae should have been ousted from the rest of the game. Minimum.
Since they didn't do that. The WNBA needs to review and possibly forfeit the win and rule in Favor of the Fever.

Thank you for your comments. Racism is racism, no matter the color. The risk of damage to the eyes is real and severe. That eye poke was early in the game, and though she continued to compete, it obviously affected her game. Good depth perception are critical part of all aspects of the game. Two healthy eyes are required for depth perception. The foul was deliberate, malicious, and flagrant. She should be suspended for the rest of the playoffs and fined. The referees, coaches, and management of the wnba should be ashamed.

CC should leave this thug league and let them rot in their welfare state. CC has options , hope she plays else where. Fans will still follow her.

As stated before there are case studies on how businesses have failed to respond to evolving technology and needs. Remember the case of Kodak which actually invented the digital camera to only ignore it. The bureaucratic structures in Kodak almost destroyed them. Same thing with WNBA. The status quo of the WNBA (players, refs, management, etc.) understand no matter how they fail, the NBA will bail them out.

It appears WNBA stands for Wicked Narcissist Blatant Assassins.
Caitlyn Clark's game was severely impacted because you don't have depth perception when one of your eyes has been hurt.
Dijonai Carrington should have been kicked out of the game, and the WNBA after putting all her fingers together, then intentionally jabbed Caitlyn Clark in the eye.
It reminded me of a scene in the Kill Bill movie where someone's eye was plucked out.

    It was not a foul.
it was an intentional assault on her eye.
It could be the end of C.C.’s career as a player.
This was an assault on the WNBA.
Without C.C. in the game the WNBA will crash.
This was not possible in the NBA.
It is deep jealousy versus deep sportsmanship.

If you follow Carrington's eyes you can tell what her intent was, she didn't even look at the ball and was looking straight at CC. This is CLEARLY intentional, and sinister at that. She didn't just want to injure CC, she wanted to end her career! Carrington should be expelled from the WNBA.
