if you wanna do the same (risk 21) 70-80 for level req imo, for bagpipe we use the talent (+8 initial sp and holy shit thats full pot right there) and S3 for burst early enemy so i dont think so, for suzuran i think yes you need M3 (+40% all TYPE dmg increase) and for suzu level she just add extra dps to enemy and Healing /sec on skill 3 (mainly heal for blaze,ange etc) hope its help mate.
The heal you are talking about is Either her talent that procs when she low health, or Angelina. Was it insta heal or was she healed over time? Time stamp?
Suzuran debuff have different type with Saria. Suzuran debuff works with all kind of attack damage i.e physical, magical and true damage, while Saria only works with magical damage.

@@Spearyn I did. That is Korean not Chinese which means it had to have been recorded today. Also, they didn't have Suzuran for it. The only thing I can think of is that the global servers aren't all exactly synced up, meaning each region gets stuff at approximately the same time of day.
suzuran can be substituted with a high level istina or a pramanix, eyja can be borrowed and blaze can be subber for either spectre or broca, although your timing with those two will have to be good or their stun could result in leaks
Well, I think it is doable as long as you don't take Crownslayer ultra instinct one (I think the most left one is CS ultra instinct), that will gives your on risk 19. You want also to reduce the HP risk one to lvl 2 (as risk 3 make enemies has 120% more HP). That will bring it to risk 18.

Usually I see a texas-siege combo for vanguards. Is myrtle bagpipe better? You lose the texas stun but you do get the insane bagpipe burst.
Texas-siege is old, you don’t need stun in most cases if you can just kill them.

18s are fine with 40s but skills need to be 10s and 18+ especially with 50% move speed will require 90 levs from what I tried
