Gen 2 control pack for 6R80 Swap is done after a year , shop thinks my coyote might have knock I’m super down about this , but I have to keep pushing forward
I enjoy your content and helpful swap info, I have a question that no one seems to talk about. What rear gear are you using for the 6R80 swap? I have a 3:27 and a 3:73 and not sure which would work best. I am building a daily and not a race car.
I'm currently swapping in a gen 2 but it will be backed by a performance automatic super comp c4..4.30 gear.. Manual brakes cobra all wheel discs..no ac no power steering..flaming river manual rack.. it's also in a 90 coupe. I wanted to eventually procharge it but I think I'm gonna keep it na with a 150 shot.. after the cam swap on e85 it should be putting down 500 to the tire na.. which is the goal..
Will a ordinary 3 way momentary switch work for the select shift or do I need a special switch to make that work? Also what harness manufacturer do you recommend. I was thinking pretty hard about Power By The Hour’ s control pack since I using a gen1 coyote and 6r80 but recommendations would be great too. Thanks. Keep in the great content

Depending on K member. Yes. The 8.8 flange on the 04 cobra shaft is the larger bolt circle pattern. So either put the smaller 3.50 one(easier) or put the bigger flange on the rear end (IRS flange,harder)

I just bought a 1987 fox body 5.0 for 4K 2 days ago. I jump started the car and when me and the owner tried taking off it died on the stop sign does it need a new battery or is it a bigger problem? The guy had the car for 5500 and I ended up getting it for 4K and haven’t had the chance to really drive the car
You should be able to find one for that much, Coyote swapped or stock? I don’t know if you’ll be able to find a coyote swap one for that much. But ya might get lucky
