Yes, because the Trinitarian doctrine cannot be found in the bible. It resulted from a 20 year debate between two Catholic bishops in the 4th century, and a vote of over 200 Catholic bishops. You cannot find that modus operandi in the bible. Doctrinal truth is revealed by God to the prophets He has called. It is not voted upon by prophets or non-prophets.
