It’s ok not to be ok and, for me, I like that you show your lows because the pressure to be perfect is unreal and it makes you feel real. Regarding skincare, my dermatologist always said that a routine has to be simple and targeted on your needs. Skin can saturate if you use too many products

I watch videos because I like and relate to the person and I think that's maybe why people like vlogs too. Vlogs are my favorite style of video so it's a yes from me 😂 also totally understand that it can be daunting to change something so maybe a balance is good but people change over the years and people's content changes and viewers come and go but probably the best subribers will stay and new ones will come so you do you 🎉

You are 100% correct that he needs to earn his food. They are natural born hunters. They should have hard exercise (mental and physical) before eating and that doesn't mean a walk. Dogs need off leash time,moving their bodies until their tongue is out and using their brain to solve problems or search for things prior to eating. This will help their digestion and their behavior throughout the day.

Interesting video. You make a good point which you previously raised in you blog - the conflict between making content that you want to make vs making what gets the views & subs. And yes, it’s not easy when it’s your job & income. Try this experiment: make a video for this channel without mentioning these words: productive/routine/reset/night/morning/realistic. Not easy is it? I think you do a great job with this channel.
