This is a great video! I especially liked your tip for using decorative stitches that are “forgiving”, and adjusting the needle position to line up with the presser foot. Thank you.
Terrific video. I love your instruction. I have never learned to appliqué. That was the part of learning to make quilt pieces that I missed. Thank you for showing the edging of the attached piece. I would love other classes given by you. Wish I was near Quality Sewing and Vacuum. I’m in New Mexico, I now depend on video education. This video class was very well presented, very easy to see and understand. Many thanks. Jacque Dooley

Can any embroidery design be made into an applique design? I have a brother machine that does have the heart shape, but I need more variety. I have a 4x7 size frame. I want to do onesies and bibs
Do you have a video on how to scan in a line drawing you drew or appliqué pattern you bought and cut it on scan n cut sdx325 and then appliqué it on the luminaire xp3? Thank you
Does the Brothers Scan & Cut need an external PC or computer? I do everything on my Smart Phone. I have a Brothers embroidery machine, but have never used this function. It is only a 4 x 4 hoop, but I like little designs. I do have a port for a flash drive & Brothers files are in the PES format, which I have ordered designs, since the internal designs are limited. I'd like to take it to the next level, as I am not good at free motion & don't have a stitch regulator, but find it all very interesting to try. Thanks for the great info.
The ScanNCut machine does not need a computer to work. It has its own memory and screen to work from. You can learn more about the ScanNCut here www.qualitysewing.com/brother-scanncut-dx-innov-is-edition-sdx325.html
