YAY! Thank you for sharing! I needed this and super excited to share these with my fun group of kiddos tomorrow! Truly blessed! Thank you so much, again.
I agree about not switching the papers for younger kids drawing (been there with the tears, also!). One idea is to give everyone a different color and switch the marker/crayon after each question. Great ideas! I will be using some of these in my rotation soon!
Thank you so much. I should have watched a homeschooler first! Yes the little kids cry or can't read and it makes finding games for them challenging. But the older ones need the challenge. Thanks for explaining the variations. We're definitely going to try Alien Face at our co-op tomorrow!
For the littles when you review, do you review by subject or week? Do you use multiple games per review? I have 7 4/5 year olds this year and I need simple but fun!
@@stephanielaughlin7740 thank you! It's a challenge to find something not so distracting that their focus is on the game versus the Information. Plus they really don't know it when they are so young. So it's me reciting bit the q & a
@@juliequates9529 with ones that little...I try to ask the question to the whole class and recite the answer together and THEN we get another round/turn in the game. Its hard to hold their attention when we ask ONE child a question and wait for them to think of it.

@@juliequates9529 not really "games" during new grammar. However I have them moving! We do actions or silly voices. Handmotions. Squat down and sing latin softly, slowly move up and get louder. Maps for geography. Sometimes for math I do sand/play doh. I move quickly, speak loudly and keep my voice and movements entertaining. They need quiet down time AND high activity....both. Don't do things like putting maps away. Tell your moms to do that so you can hold the student's attention .

Create a story - genius, though I think I’m going to use my dry erase di and have 2, 1s, 2s and 3s just to keep it moving

Both. Some games I focus on one subject. Other times its multiple subjects.
During our review time I usually use multiple games, yes.
