Hey, quick question. With the correct training. How much can someone drop their 60 yard dash from a 7.8? (Say 2 years of correct and consistent training)
Great question it will vary on individuals but 7.8 is pretty high , so I believe you would see a good decrease .
Probably up to .5 off the time I’d say depending on the program / consistency and the athlete
