...A clip from the film 'Seven Beauties'... directed by Lina Wertmuller... starring Giancarlo Giannini.. Nominated for 4 Academy Awards including Best Director and Best Actor..
One of my favorite movies. Weird, campy, and dramatic all at the same time. Giancarlo Giannini Stoler were great. I watch this and other favorites at the beginning of every year. To me, it Celebrates I made it this far and sets the tone for the next year😎.
I walked like Pasqualino at school where I learned TV production. I imagined I was the man who flirted with a pretty girl from this scene. Life is supposed to imitate art and I'm ready to hit my mark... love this movie, love this scene.
@@ninagendrikh387 Nessuno ha detto che è un interprete. Sei stupido o non riesci a capire l'inglese. Stiamo parlando di "traduzione". (Nobody said he is an interpreter. Are you dumb or cannot understand English. We are talking about "translation".)
I see your point, but many people find subtitles difficult. Even if one is able to read quickly, it is nice to watch the film a second time and listen to the original dialogic.
This is a fine film, but Peter Finch totally deserved to win Best Actor for Network, and if he hadn't won then Robert De Niro would have been next most worthy for Taxi Driver. Certainly deserved Bets Foreign Language Film and possible best screenplay. Thanks for uploading the clip btw :)
One of the best movies from the 1970’s.I saw this movie multiple times in the theaters.
What's the movie?

Wertmuller and Giannini, one of the great film collaborations of the 20th Century.

Not because I am Italian American but Giancarlo Giannini is one of the greatest actor of all the time
'of all time'. Good to see you still have your 'Italian' grammar intact. Leave the 'the'.
Bel Uomo ACTOR EXCRLENTE
I am ET from Mars.
Giancarlo Giannini is the quintessential suave Italian Gentleman! Ciao!🇮🇹👍✌🕊
An absolutely beautiful work of art.
He’s one of those few men’s that got classier and most dashing with time.
Adoro Giancarlo Giannini! Ė sempre stato grande!
To proclaim this a masterpiece is proclaiming the obvious. A truly great movie. Next to Network[1976] the greatest black comedy ever made.
♥ I Am Loving This Movie ♥
♥ Thank You For Sharing ♥
He is the italian "Alain Delon"
Giancarlo GIANNINI ... Un beau gars ...
Ох уж эти итальянцы, знают себе цену....
It should have won in all categories.
You are welcome Meow.
Yes, this movie is magnificent,
and so is Giancarlo. :-))
Pasqualino's arrogant stroll through the town of course in contrast to the horrors he will soon suffer. And how it will change everyone....
Only film I can watch with dubbing! They actually did a good job for once!

Ironically in Italian there is a proverb that says, "Traduttore, Traditore! " meaning, "A translator is a traitor".
Che ci enta, scusi? Giancarlo Giannino è un grande attore, non è interprete!

Good looking mustache !
Dubbing foreign films in English is criminal.

Oops! The original soundtrack.
I agree, but the worst is to try to 'emulate' the original language with a forced accent
Agreed. "Jealousy is an ugly thing". So is dubbing a movie and especially in a horrible, contrived imitation of an accent.
@@annazeman8521 You have my point. I find it difficult at times to follow subtitles on foreign languages so its better to get a English dubbed.
You are welcome. Thanx for your great comment. :-))
Much better in italian

Funny, he looks quite a bit like Jude Law...
Yes,.. another masterpiece! I made two videos wih scenes from the movie. :-))
@jgyll8mt
Yes, he was in love with life. So beautiful to see.
By the end of the movie his life was not carefree anymore.
Dubbed in English? Please.
Giannini doppiato... si perde la bellezza del film!
Ma sembra la sua voce
Don’t you dare dub my movies
Bloody seducer of innocent brunettes - hahaha - charming
English speaking sooo foul its for angry human but Italy not
Pasqualino sette bellezze, rovinato dalla lingua inglese
Ma come cazzo si fa...
Pessimo doppiaggio!
reflection of Italian economy...nobody is working just walking around pretending to be rich
Idiot , ignorant, come back to school. Italy is the seventh nation in the world for personal wealth . Look at the internazional rank , stupid !
@@romanobenini3331 stupid is what stupid thinks....

Over rated actor. Esp the JW commercials etc - pseudo cinema trying to pass of as artistic. Italians cannot make movies. Bad...
