Thanks for the nice comment. That's great you're going to take the course with some friends. I thought it was well worth it, and I'm sure you'll feel the same. Best of luck to you!
Great video, Bill! You should do more videos like this where you are talking to the camera, giving very detailed explanations of what the video is about. Looked a good riders course. We will be seeing you soon!
Thanks Joe! I may try to do that, I'm just not real comfortable in front of the camera, but do need to get better at it. Thanks for the vote of confidence! Yes, it was a good course, and definitely helped my slow speed maneuvering skills. Hopefully will be seeing you two very soon!
@billschreiber It could be the location of the microphone making it sound louder in the video, but it sounds like a lot of lifter noise. If it has adjustable pushrods it may just need to be adjusted. Could also be a lifter problem?
Thank you, I do plan to get it looked at soon. I have a 6500 mile trip planned for July, and sure don’t want any issues. Appreciate you bringing that to my attention!
Hi Bill, I gotta say, you gave this 62 year old veteran a good laugh when you taped the pool noodles onto the crash bars, (with matching blue tape no less). Crash protection for the crash protection🤣🤣🤣, Glad they were still intact after the course. Well done.
@mickschreiber1995 Ha-ha, thank you! Yeah, I thought it wasn’t too bad of an idea. The instructor gave me grief over it, but I didn’t care. Better safe than sorry….lol
Great video, I’m up here in Clarksville and ma and a few friends are talking the skilled course in a few weeks. Very excited!

That oklahoma state shirt!!! Go Pokes!!
@NottaCaup Oh yeah, OSU! Go pokes! 👍🏻😃
Great job on the videos! The valvetrain noise from the bike makes me cringe a little though.
Thank you. Do you hear something that should not be there, valvetrain noise?

I also recognized the picture at the beginning when we were all out in front of Brett's house.
Yeah, that's a "throwback" from years gone by. Found that in my pictures so thought I'd use it as the thumbnail. We were so young back then........lol
