Leão Teixeira Teaching Self Defence

On the 28th of January, 2024, we were incredibly fortunate to host the legendary coral belt Leão Teixeira for a seminar.
Professor Teixeira taught many excellent techniques that day, including this superb self-defence sequence to defend against an slap or a swinging punch.
