This is recipe is so simple and delicious! I used wild oregano and sea salt from Crete, Greece. (My daughter-in-law is from Crete and she brought these back for me. Yay!) However, you can use regular oregano and sea salt bought in the store. I, also, used fresh lemon, olive oil, and pepper! My granddaughter, Ariadne, decided to give me a hand!
