These are some impressions of what I have been harvesting from my permaculture garden in the
past weeks.
It is summer now and the garden is full of delicious sweet fruits! The most satisfying thing to eat !
And when they are ripened on the trees and picked ready to eat , they become the most delicious thing and there is no comparison to store bought fruit.
To grow and eat my own food is still an adventure and it truly changed my life.! It took me many years to figure out what and how we are supposed to eat, we are so disconnected from nature and do not know where our food comes from.
It is so easy and simple with a fruit based living food diet I have healed many things.

Wonderful job! Keep going...thanks for sharing..
You can make vinegar from pineapples, papayas and bananas. From pineapples, pulp or even just the peel and core you make tepache (fermented drink), just adding water and some brown sugar... Possibly with sugar cane juice, if you grow sugar cane... Some gingerbug for taste and hurrying up things...
Thant sounds great I was really planning to do some pineapple vinegar and also thy our to make this fermented drink! Pineapple season is starting sooon!!!

We having lots of ants, and termites too. I've under a life tree. They kill the plant roots. I skare to put wood on to soil, as that is them best food.
You know telugu
madam, do you have family? I mean husband and children. Appreciate your hardworking

yes, the crows they are eating the papayas when I do not harvest them!!
Remove the banana blossom after all the banana comes out in the blossom
Yes, sometimes I just forget to take them and leave them little longer!
Yes..Also we can make delicious food using banana blossom...Chop the banana blossom and add coconut oil in it...Then rub the whole mixture and wash it ...This will remove the stain in the blossom....Then add some mung dal ,enough salt and water in it then cook it until the dal gets smooth and sticky....Also you can add rosted green chillies and onions with little turmeric powder into it....Try it very delicious
OMG! You are more Indian than an Indian 😊
Just be careful you don't get pancreatic cancer, that's what steve jobs died from because he basically only ate fruit for a good number of years
Do you have any evidence to support your remarks that Steve got pancreatic cancer because of his friuts diet.
Medical reports etc from his physicians / hospital
