A Caprese salad is: tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic reduction and olive oil.
The “Pesto” on the Kirby Caprese was most likely not pesto but the vinegar, oil and basil blended together. The lettuce just a garnish

Ah I just checked the website again! Some cafes do that where they only allow reservations for the following month. But the seats get booked up quickly. 🥲 unfortunately what I do is just check back as often as I can until I see an opening.

Hmm I would say so! But I visit most cafes solo, since its common to in Japan. But I didn't have waddle dee in front, because I had a counter seat facing the window! :o

When I made the reservation it wasn’t so bad! I recommend making it as early in advance as possible though!! I hope you get to go 😄
