The military force of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), has a smaller international footprint than the United States military and its large network of global military bases and allies. While the PLA scorns U.S. bases near Chinese territorial waters, China is also pursuing military relationships and even overseas bases with other countries. How do China and the United States view each other’s military bases?

China is not true to their words. Statement from chinese leadership is far different from their actions. Its not a true friend, twisting still circulating on thier blood as communist. For me, it is hard to believed all what they said. West Philippines sea issue, the 9 dash line was the beginning of chaos on that part of the world. Bullying, expansioned, economic threat to small countries like Philippines. China knew Philippines as one of the weak military power in the region took advantages. Philippines only wants is to pushed the UNCLOS to settle everything in the west philippines sea.
