    I just like how Cody is there of the shortest and one of the least muscular in the group and still sets pool and meet records and wins olympic medals. For a guy who also swims and has the same general height and build as the guy its really inspiring to see him swim so fast.

      Forrest Buck Short I see the short perspective, but in terms of muscularity- da fuck u talking bout?

      Also he has something called pectus excavatum where your breast bone goes into your chest. The fact he could lose 20 % of his oxygen for taking a breath when you have to breathe every stroke in his main stroke is amazing.

    I think Reece Whitley should’ve won but he was very long going into some walls and the transition from the pull out to his break out is kind of slow but this man has a future ahead of him

    Are you allowed to pass 15 meters underwater in breaststroke? Cause lane 4 went way past off the start. Awesome swim, I'm just curious.

    • @marlingod
      @marlingod 6 лет назад +27

      Yep. Pullouts can go to any length, and theoretically you could go 24 yards underwater but it's just not as fast as doing a long pullout and a few strokes IF you're doing a legal pullout. You need to have 2 feet out of the water when you touch the wall, and once you surface you can't go underwater, but otherwise for breaststroke you can pullout as long as you want.

      @james-hf1kt 6 лет назад +3

      I don’t know what’s the ruling when it’s in yards

    • @emilyprenger7111
      @emilyprenger7111 6 лет назад

      you hav to take a stroke before 15 and on your pullout you take a stroke so it’s legal

    • @marlingod
      @marlingod 6 лет назад +1

      Yards AND meters. You are allowed to pass 15 meters underwater as long as it's a legal pullout. It's fine to take 1 stroke from 1 meter away if you have a good enough pullout.
