Thank you for your tutorial. I do the lazy daisy stitch but haven't tried the other sts for making the eyes. I also crochet all of my Amigurumi toys. I love knitting but could only find a couple of patterns for knitting. One is a lovely white cat, another a great little cuddly doll. I haven't made them in years , I thought I had lost them. But my adult son found them the other day. It will be nice to knit for a change. Have fun. Dorothy.
Really really useful thank you. First place I've found that actually tells you how to secure the wool when you first start stitching. Only criticism is that it was slightly out of focus, which made seeing where the stitches went in a bit hard.
I sew dolls and the one thing I've been trying to improve was the eyes, I think I will incorporate your techniques of making eyes to try to improve the face of the dolls I make.
+Kathleen Burch In the sewing notions aisle at Walmart. One end is turquoise, the other is purple, if it is the one I'm thinking of. I've been hesitant about embroidering eyes, but you make it look so easy. Thank you for your tutorial!
I'm ready to try now.
Very glad I’ve found this video as so helpful! (You sound like Ruth Langsford).
Thanks. I had to look RL up! Recognised her though. Weirdly, her birthday is just three days before mine (well three days and a couple of years!)
Ditto as above .Thank you .

Nice, quick and efficient; thank you!
Thank you for this informative tutorial!
After you show the first eye , you don’t finish it and show how to do the second eye and how does the black yarn just end ?
Thank you, this is so helpful? Do you have suggestions for making dolls with larger pupils, though?
Thank you for the tutorial...Can you please link the doll pattern too??
Brilliant!

Where can I find this marker? I have searched but cannot locate anything that sounds like this one.

Very good, thank you
Thank you.
Useful video yet shame your camera was so much out of focus, especially showing where stitches went in etc... 🍪pocket.
