    Mr. N Bak...
    What I wanted to do was when the new product came out.
    This is exactly what I wanted to see.
    It's not just a video of me driving down the road and going here and there.
    I wanted a detailed video like this one that you posted now.
    You really know how to explain things.
    Your videos are more helpful than the other Unicycles videos.
    Thanks!!!

    There are a few things that I wanted to share regarding your two videos. I really appreciate your openness and honesty with everything, just being completely transparent. I found that the spring setting for the coil came perfect for me from the factory. I weigh 160 pounds with clothes on and I set it for a sag of twenty-five percent range at 190. That was my test anyway, and it was perfect, so I would think that if you loosened that spring at all, you probably set the sag too low, and I would definitely think that you want to tighten that up.
    Secondly, I just think that it would have been really fantastic to know what your settings were on your first video. It's too bad that you could not remember if the assists were on or if the pedal was set to softer, hard, or somewhere in between. That would have been really a fantastic bit of information to know.

    • @eucaus
      @eucaus  7 месяцев назад

      hello thanks so much for the detailed comment. I really appreciate you taking the time. yes I agree the settings would have helped. I do try to capture as much as possible and sometimes rely on the apps to tell me but often they don’t sync properly or I forget to capture the info. I am realising it helps people so I’m trying to take the time to add as much of it as possible.
      testing things is the key I think, I have found now that all assists off work best for me jumping.
      Roll safe. have a good night.

    your heels are off the back of foot plates instead of toes hanging over the front, which causes your wheel to spin backwards. Your chin needs to be over the front of the wheel, when jumping, try leaning forwards not backwards.

    • @eucaus
      @eucaus  10 месяцев назад +1

      Agree with this, I had angled my pedal back for this roll and I could see it was causing my position off. I also haven't got my pad position dialled in for this wheel. 8 can see exactly what you are saying when I watch it back. I seemed to hesitate and try to pull the wheel up rather than leaning in to ride it out.

      @@eucaus can one charger with a capacity of 134v 16 A be used to charge the inmotion v14 or must there be two chargers with a capacity of 134v 8A? I ordered a v14 50s for my first bike and would like to start loading it as quickly and safely as possible. can you recommend how to charge it quickly without damaging the batteries? and can you recommend a good, quiet, small and cheap charger?

    Great to see you back on the new and improved horse! Definitely looks like the firmware update improved things. I wouldn’t read too much into the beeps. Some InMotion wheels just beep for no reason when they’re airborne. It drives me crazy. Looking forward to seeing you push things commensurate with your confidence gains. Stay safe, mate!

    • @eucaus
      @eucaus  10 месяцев назад +1

      Hey Trev, yea the beeps had me on edge only because I expected the dip again. It is better for sure, most of the error this time was my technique and set up I think.
      I will enjoy getting out to learn the wheel more and already feel confidence returning.

    S22 is still the best euc for jumps.. it is such a good wheel... I own the lynx and ex-30 and love all 3 but imo the s22 is the most under-rated wheel ever as it does things so good but may not be the fastest or best for most things yet on a Jump track it has the best firmware so whenb you send it and land it is there behaving how it should.... I love my Lynx as well .. I am not an inmotion fan at all but the v14 is the first I like but I dont want a 18 inch as I love 20 inch wheels so much more...Imo they are the perfect middle ground you give up a lil low end torque for a much better wheel size thru technical stuff on trails ... I can go faster without having to work as hard ... but they all have their pluses and minuses... I am glad you are enjoying your v14 tho... I I see you finally got your lynx and I am sure you will love that wheel as it doesnt have much not to like... Wishing you the best and much success in your endevors,

    Hi friend, thank you for your tests and feedback. Great slow motion images, it's interesting. Obviously, overcoming fear will be a necessary step and will be important to regain a good position. I'm not an expert but here's my suggestion too. Past incidents may push you to stay too far back, it also seems to me that your power pads are a little too far back, why not try to center them a little more on the machine to have a more forward body position ? (the front power pad should be at the edge of the drum box and the back one too but should not go beyond the battery box). This would probably allow a little less immediate power to be drawn into the engine. I haven't yet received my V14 50s and haven't received the Lynx 50s either, so I can't yet send you a photo of my positioning. It's just an idea to share to help.

    • @eucaus
      @eucaus  10 месяцев назад

      Great answer and I think I have done exactly what you are saying.
      I was hesitant after the last dips that I was over torquing the landing my leaning to forward so I was hesitating and keeping my weight off the front.
      I can see in the motion how my back positioned started the wheel spinning backwards. I don't jump like this on v13 as I am not afraid of the dip. I will dial in a few more settings and get my pads in the right place and have another go.

      @@eucaus yes, the wheel is working correctly now, the horizon holds immediately after the jump

  • @luwn00bz
    @luwn00bz 10 месяцев назад +1

    It's such a powerful wheel, you might want to try to add some "pedal assist" because this doesnt make the acceleration so agressive when the wheel is in the air and not 100% horizontal.

    • @eucaus
      @eucaus  10 месяцев назад +1

      I think this.
      This was running with all assist settings off and 100% hardness in sport mode. This makes it very responsive and being so small any movement gets it leaning/spinning.
      Softer pedals and maybe some assist might allow a little more room for jumping without leaning the wheel in air.
      I will try this next.

      It felt okay but maybe, I was really throwing some force on it and I am over the 90kg limit. Mostly though I had my suspension set up very loose. I only went for a quick look and didn't take time to set the wheel up properly.
