Glad i found this video! The so called instructions in the box were so vague. The only problem i had to piece to together was the center rail for a queen that this video mainly showed for a king.

We recently purchased a Rize I-3976B version for our guest room. Instructions specifically state, "Slide the center support into place. Make sure it goes head-to-foot, not side-to-side. It should be positioned in the middle of the cross arms. Secure the center rail with the nuts and bolts." However, there are no holes in the cross arms that allow for this.

I encountered the same problem. Contacted support and apparently there's a different set of instructions where the center support goes diagonally across the side rails - second lowest hole on the left to second highest hole on the right.

  • @Donna-ey3hw

Having a hard time trying to figure out the correct diagonal position. Doubt if you can remember off the top of your head. I'm getting an overlap beyond the side rails whichever position I try. Another diagram pointing out the exact holes to line up would be helpful - or color code with a drop of paint. Perpendicular for the queen is easy to see, full is giving me a problem. Just want to get this done! Will someone from the company look at this :( ?
Perhaps update the video and show where on the side rails to attach the center piece. So frustrating.

So which way does the middle bar go because in the instructions it says to put it from head to end, but you have it side to side....

I’m a little confused by the plug locks. Are those only if you’re doing a king or cal king? Just putting this together for queen. They seem to fall right out.

    • @rizebeds3204

@@jasonsh121 If you have the I-3976U-PG, yes, the plug locks are used for Full, Queen, King, and California King sizes. They are not used for Twin sizes. If you have any issues with assembly, please contact our customer service team at 844-545-8865 for assistance.

Hey I have a universal frame and it doesn’t fit my new queen bed.. I even measured it to another frame and its pretty much the same length but my bed still doesn’t fit. I assembled this same frame for a full size bed and it was fine but now that I wanna use the same one for the queen it’s not as sturdy as it was and apparently isn’t really universal at all

It’s a bit ridiculous that I have to find a tutorial online for what’s marketed as an easy assembly. 🥲 In the future, it would be helpful if the packaging came with proper instructions.
