Of the few videos I looked at on this subject, this one is the best. FYI, not all steel bed frames have feet. Some have wheels, but the idea is the same.

I can’t get the second set of arms to come to. First one’s snap together easy. Try to do the second set snd it’s like its warped or something. Will not go together.

I just bought this type of frame and the only downside is no middle support. Gonna have to go to Home Depot and get 3 pieces of wood that goes across the middle for more support . I’m a big guy and eventually I see it not holding me in a few months

That's exactly right! There's a middle bar that goes with lengthwise of width wise on most of these beds. We just put another one together just now. We'll also go and get some two by fours to extra strengthen the frame.

Thank you for the video. I have the same full size frame and want to turn it into a platform bed. I assembled the frame and put 2x4 15'3" slats and have a full size durable inflatable bed. The platform and design reminds me of my water bed I grew up sleeping in, however I move quite often, and need mobility. Looking for a cover that supports slats before I purchase a mobile mattress . Any ideas covering the 2x4's is helpful. Cheap and durable!!

I have a very old steel bed frame and I cannot seem to get it together. I am not sure what is missing and it is for my mom who turned 75 today. She needs a heavy duty bed frame and now I just cannot seem to do this.

Same . On the ends where you snap the lumps into the holes, there’s the end of the arm that kind just sits there and it doesn’t seem supported unless I did something wrong.

I believe once beds get to queen king etc... it will need a center bar for support. Twins won't need one and full I've never owned one but the frame w out center beam shld be good with a full aswell. Can always add a beam by using a piece of wood to act as that center bar.
