It's 4am, I just went to bed after playing Once Human all night. Exhausted in bed I scroll thru YT and I stumble upon this video made by a creator called 4am. Well... now I HAVE to watch it 💀
I'm quite surprised with this game. It's like a mashed up version of all the extraction shooters i've ever played within a decade, but still able to keep it's own vibe.
Note: Once you get to aluminium and tungsten. Copper, bronze and iron QUICKLY lose their relevancy and if you unlock electric smelter, so does wood. Diggsbies alone cannot mine anything past iron so this AFK farm setup becomes pretty obsolete. HOWEVER, Farming is always useful so you might want to focus on getting early good farming setup going.
you don't actually want to just use the deviations with the highest stats. some traits can be detrimental to your farm. especially the trait that has a chance to drain the mood of every deviation in your territory. make sure your deviation has good traits or a bad trait that isn't too harmful
This must have been nurfed. I even had my base in the same location and yet I get relatively tiny amounts of resources. What all 8 of these farm for me all day, I could farm by hand in less than 10 minutes easy. They have every single bonus going too, and 5 of the 8 are tier 2.
But it's work you don't have to do and once you got the logging platform it trims down to 1 hour instead of 24hrs. Also wood becomes effectively useless once you go into late game.
I have question, does the deviants range of farm is same as our zone base? Like if i put my base near beach water which doesnt have many trees, does the beaver stop working?
dunno if i'm playing in a high pop server or what, but in trying the beaver farm 5 times now, i only got 1... all at different times when i feel like "i'll go check i guess"

Try odd hours for your timezone when people are normally sleeping or at work- I found many around 5-7 AM while during the middle of the day today I caught like 4 beavers in just a couple minutes as well!
what is the spawn timer on the beaver? I did your trick of changing worlds and only got 1 beaver after doing 3 full rounds of changing all 10 worlds :(
How do yall farm deviants but get different levels of the same one?? Do you just go to the spot you found them ans keep doing the same thing to get them??
I have a question does this still work ? devs released a statement yesterday about people using a cheese method and patched it and banned the players getting a un fair one up on everyone

when i put the lights above a deviant there is no check mark idk what im doing wrong same with the music no mark letting me know its working.. but the check mark show up only for power thats hooked up... but not for lights or music.. please help lol
Anyone know what to do with all the deviations we have in our inventory? Is there a way to merge them to make them level up or something? It just seems weird that you ll just delete them at qome point...
I can farm him all day once I start securing him on each world phase. Maybe like 10-15 minutes? I capture one, minute after I change the phase or world

@@04AMofficial Definitely not on my end, i’ve listened on multiple devices, including my studio monitors. Your horrendous mic processing rattled my walls. Learn about EQ before you try it, and for now, remove whatever you’re doing to boost the low end. At the very least throw an 80hz high pass on.
I just really enjoy making things fast and efficient- thats what my channel is all about and I enjoy these simple things more than combat or anything 😁
First try I cycled thru world 1 to 10. I got 1 cat and 1 beaver, after that i went and did some quest and came back after an hour or so. Then I've gotten another Beaver. Went on to do other miscellaneous after 20-30 minutes. No beaver this time. But I did got my second cat. So I'm guessing its RNG. And also I'm also guessing that we're not the only ones doing this Deviant farm. So my point is. Just come back from time to time. You'll get some eventually.

Diggy and Beaver are over rated in every video lol with the chainsaw i can famr more wood in 10min then beaver in 1 week lol Diggy is good for...like if you need 200-300 ore for something quick, but if you want craft for exemple alot of ammo, you go out with your drill and farm 4-5k iron in 30min and you are fine. wait diggy boy to make 4-5k will take realy a week
@@huntertedder7854 Its not a glitch or an exploit, so "this doesnt work anymore" is incorrect. The wild deviant spawns like cat and beaver are per world, so if someone else collected it before you, you need to wait for it to respawn
I guess I just missed it like 10 times in a row there but I did find beaver south of meyers at a dock under a bridge then came back to docks to grab another on different world and it would not let me capture again press f and nothing happened
The only thing keeping me from playing this game after beta is the stupid Season server wipes... Hard pass. I don't want to grind 100+ hours in this game only for everything I have done to get deleted.
Yeah useless as hell, not to mention that the game is bad, but having 5 of each so they can grant a total of 250 ores and 500 logs every couple of hours that you can get in 2 minutes alone is pretty much useless
How? I don’t have to go farm for steel, copper, and such.. it’s a small perk that allows me to gain extra resources… don’t think of it as a replacement of farming but as an advantage, also, there other deviants that provide boost like for farming

Literally 1 min for all their work of 1 hour, going to each box to collect what they farmed is longer than chopping 1 tree and one node that will give more rss than their 1 hour of working. Not to mention providing them with convinience stuff that requires power and rss. It's useless. No need for further discussing. If you think they are useful then u need to go back to school to learn math or u are just another NPC that believes everything they see online. Go test it for yourself

I decide to put some spare money ($1000) I don’t need or have an impact if I lost it towards 100% guaranteed safe investing bond that requires me to do nothing. the yield on that bond is 4% daily and my initial investment is fixed for the lifetime and I must obtain the profits($40) every day. My daily gain is now $200 without any extra time consumed I’m now able to order food on DoorDash(replaces cooking) without feeling wasteful in my time of cooking(travel/mining/efficiency). This will be considered a win-win situation. Now if this is hard for you to understand then no need to further comment. If you cannot comprehend the analogy within the example then maybe you’re just an NPC.

yall should prioritize on the miners bc once youve got the chainsaw u can get thousands of wood in like 20 minutes

The beavers collect as much wood in 24h that you would manually in 5 minutes with a chainsaw.

Since so many players are farming the logging beaver on this method I barely see the beaver even with changing worlds

Yes they do, after they are recharged- this is why you want to maximize their charge rate

Every Deviant farms X resources per hour based on their stats. The more Deviants, the more resources ^^ 4 each is fine!
